I am going to need to install a script in the on enter script slot for every area in my module. Is there a faster way than to manually open every area and put the script in the onenter slot?

You might want to check out the Mass Edit and Data Mine your module sticky at the top of this forum.
That would point you to a way to do this with leto scripts.
