I got the retail version that included the promo codes for the armor and the golem. I can't seem to use the armor. Its shows as having been downloaded but no picture in there and I cannot put it on. Do I have to do something to be able to equip it?

I've been having problems too. I got it all downloaded, but it won't let me even see it. It appears that I need some Version 1.0? Any help on that?

in game go to your journal and click the treasure chest, then unable or install or something all the dlc's and reload your save game

I see the items in the reasure chest and it says they have been downloaded but there is no install or enable option and the armor is not in my inventory. What do I do to be able to use the armor.

Do contact Customer Support over this. Had the same problem trying to activate the Retail Store promotional codes that game with the game. Now it may have been the Christmas spirit, but within an hour of contacting Customer Support, providing proof of promotion code (scanned copy), I received a nice message and authentication of both code and item.
