you will be able to bribe people with cheese, after you do this 3 time someone will ask you what do you put in the cheese. you will reveal that you do nothing to the cheese it is just really good cheese.
Sten now Arishok will attack the inquisitor, but you will be able to talk him out of killing you. you will be able to try use the bribe cheese on him but it will fail. you will then be able to choose between bribing him with cookies or cake. if you choose cookies he will let you go. if you offer cake he will the cake is a lie then take you prisoner.

there will be a female Kossith LI and she will walk around topless asking why everyone is staring at her.

YES! (Kinda depressing when your rack is the same size (or bigger than) as Leandra's (mom in DA2) and yet, they are so nice and perky compared to yours, when she's like, 50.....)

In it, regardless of the DA3 ending, you and your LI are alive and livng a quiet life in an Antivan manor overlooking a vineyard.
