You will amass a diverse group of oddballs, misfits, and social outcasts as companions. Fighters will be renamed jocks. And mages nerds. Blood mages will still be in the game, as people who cut themselves. They will be designated by their penchant for wearing long sleeves no matter the weather. There will be the new stoner specialization. Everyone will speak in uptalk. One of the conservation options will use the word "like" every few words.

566. The game will end with the major characters performing "We Are Family."

572. Money will now have weight. Wealthy PCs will be forced to lead around an entourage of mabari to carry their coin. Each mabari (including the new squee-worthy 'Tea-Cup' mabari, specially bred to carry coppers) will wear a designer made 'coat of many pockets'.
