People in the gritty-shiddy Dragon Age world don't make fun of homosexuals for doing it with their mutual gender people as in for instance, Game of Thrones or possibly The Witcher, and only the player can meet homosexuals who reveal their sexuality to them, so e.g. no hint of gay couples in world and constant reminders that the game is partly a romance-simulator made to satisfy everyone possible, instead of going for realism.

No. no. As usual Bioware adjusts their content to be house trained and fitting for all the american societal issues, so no killing of children, but if it happens it'll be overwrought and melodramatic for sure, and gay-relationships are treated in a fashion that simply yells "America accepts ******-sexuality"

Don't take my rant as a callout on homosexuals. I know people who are gay and I respect them very much, but I don't appreciate Bioware constantly trying to force their gay/bi romances down my throat because they want their games to be promote gay-friendlyness. I don't care, I want this world to feel ruthless evil and uncomfortable. I know this isn't The Witcher or Game of Thrones, but for the love of god it can't just be an allegory to modern-day America or whatever.
