For example the Orlesian edition is shipped with a piece of smelly cheese, the Antivan edition with something that is better not described here, except that its made of leather, the Fereldan edition comes with some actual living dog-fleas and Qunari edition has a few cookies (the hottest thing in Par Vollen).
