I'd say the same if the OP wasn't a regular poster that always struck me as an intelligent guy who doesn't troll. I'm more inclined to believe they're doing what they did with the PPR: drop it in as an UR right before the new DLC so people blow their savings getting it and don't get the new stuff at X 5 seconds after launch.
