Should take place during the time that the Reaper threat is no more. Continuing with my idea, the Council could inact a secret project that will help them better stretch their shadow across the galaxy than spectres. Due to their troubled history with Specters, they decide that Project Shadow(?) should be put into effect. Especially now that despite having a unified front against the Reapers, there is now more anti-ailen sentiments than ever before. In Cerebus ruins rises a human organization called "Juggernaut" that harbors humanity's anti alien sentiments. But they're not the only group with anti ailen sentiments. Project Shadow's aim is to have a multi alien strikeforce to help counter the agendas of these anti alien organizations. Since council's trust of Specters is like thin ice, having a group that answers directly to the council objectives seems a more favorable decision than making tons of specters. Though Project Shadow is a deep secret. Only the three council leaders know of Project Shadow and they're not common knowledge like Specters. Once on the galactic stage, Project Shadow denies any involvement with the Council if captured and must swear absolute loyalty to the Council. To the public, they'rejust a new mercenary group wanting to make their mark in all the chaos. Not even Specters know of their existence And it's up to them to keep the inhabitants of the galaxy from slitting each other's throats.

I already posted what I REALLY want to see on page 53, but alternatively to that, I would want to see Hudson write a sequel trilogy in the future of ME universe about:
The first ship to explore a new galaxy, this way we  could import our saaved files but the choices will change dialouge instead of huge plot parts, and the game will be possible to make.
There could be a Krogan, Turian, Salarian,Drell Quarian/Geth/both on the ship as either specialts (engineers, combat, scientists, weaps etc) and maybe some of them as squad mates
And our choices can change who is mad about what, but not which whole plantes exis
t, maybe some surges can go through our characters depending,
and this new galaxy could be afraid of Dark Matter from the second game.

for the record, I put one person of each person on the ship so each major race can have a representative who represents their general public.(So the Turian/Drell could be squadmates, while the Salarian is a scientist or doctor like Chakwas)

-but I don't think he should take too much of our advice, he and his team are great writers and I don't want to see fan input kill the series.

 Hmmm lets see.

---Vastness/openness of ME1.  I missed that whole exploration aspect in ME2/ME3.
---Similar combat system to ME3.
---Brand new enemy that CAN ultimately be defeated without the help of a deus ex machina.  (perhaps some kind of trans-sentient race from the Andromeda Galaxy or somewhere else in the universe, that has mastered technology on greater levels than the Mass Effect/Mass Relays)
---Continuation from the original trilogy....... please no prequel.  Prequel would be a waste, as yes, it may be interesting to explore the First Contact War, Morning War, etc in greater detail, I'd prefer to leave that to the books (we already know what happened and the consequences...).  Whether there is a canon ending choice or not.
---Freakin HUB WORLDS dude.  The thing I missed most from ME2 in ME3.
---Side missions similar to ME1/ME2, the fetch missions were blah in ME3.
---I know a lot of people might want my head for this, but a new protagonist.  Shepard's story is done, I don't mind the emergence of a new hero, but maybe as others have mentioned, allow us to choose race/background ala Dragon Age?  This would create a whole new level of depth that would be pure awesome.
---Cameos from familiar faces from the original trilogy.  Maybe allow an ME3 import to determine who will/won't show up in a ME4 playthrough?  And maybe if Shepard survived a destruction ending (assuming no canon ME3 ending) even he/she could make a cameo?  This one is incredibly wishful thinking, but yeah.
---Possibly more open-worldness, like Skyrim/GTA/Farcry 2.  Let us really choose our allies, which missions to do, how to reach the game's finale, etc.

That's all I have for now :wizard:

No squad alternate costumes. Just allow them to be able to wear armor. If anything, they have non-customize armors that give them benefits besides just looking different. There can be only 5 armors in game for each squadmate. You can do dlcs that will give them an additional suit of armor. Even as promotional dlcs. Just don't do alternate costumes. There's fighting games for that. And if you do decide to do it anyways, at least let the alternate costumes give bonuses and not just be for aesthetics. And please just stick to a four member party so to again stay away from the main character becoming another Commander Shepard. Also let squadmates interact in dialogue more. And lean more towards the RolePlaying aspect than the action aspect. If anything, bring back the silent protagonist but nowadays that's like taboo for new age gamers. So anything to help make the game more roleplay and little less action oriented.

Have a mission where you're suppose to assassinate this anti ailen organization member out in the Terminus systems. You can assign certain roles to your squadmates. Perhaps you decide to have your tech specialist( who happens to be an Infiltrator) to find a good place to snipe the target from. While the leader stays in the huge crowd keeping in radio contact in case the plan needs to be changed at a moment's second. The fighter could be assign as the get away driver to help ensure a quick get away. And the controller character could be assigned to distract the target so the tech specialist can get a clear shot. But you can assigned different roles for your squadmates and each of them takes a different approach. Like if the fighter is assigned to distract the target, they could pick a fight with them while the controller may try to seduce them so to lower the target's guard. Something like that so it's not all guns blazing type of style.

From this Link are my suggestions:social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/10587109/1#10587109

Humakt83 Wrote:

Since there will be new Mass Effect IP's, and developers have asked for ideas, I'm going to suggest two new titles:

Rachni Wars

The game starts little before Rachni Wars happen.

Player
plays either as a Krogan or Asari, and the beginning of the game is
very different due to choice (Krogan took part on the Rachni Wars a lot
later). It is possible to recruit the other one later on during the
game.

There could be an another Asari and Krogans for
squadmates/shipmates along with Salarians, Quarians, Hanar, Elcor and
Volus (however can't be Turians yet, since they haven't been found).
Perhaps an AI companion too.

Some revelations and scenarios:

Learn
the truth behind the reason why the Rachni attacked, but it has to be
so unbelievable that no one believes you (aka "Reapers").

Experience
the post-nuclear world of Tuchanka before the uplifting provided by
Salarians. Help to unite the clans under your chieftain's rule and
negotiate with Salarians.

Krogan Rebellions

You
import the character from previous game. Depending on your choices and
how the story folds, it is quite possible that you have to defeat
squadmates from previous game who have taken an another side with the
war. Heck, they could be even the main nemesis in sequel.

Note:
Due to time difference between these two galactic wars, it means that
species with short lifespans would die making them unsuitable main
characters but possible squad mates. No humans allowed either.

We might learn the reason why AI research is frowned upon as the AI companion betrays us during the second game.

To be continued.

Make it that we can be any race we want to be with extremely diverse backgrounds.

I want to be a frigging Geth smuggler, smuggling illegal parts from the hegemony to the citadel.

Also requires badass long coat for maximum badassery.

Also make it WAAAAAAAAAY into the future so everyone from the old cast is dead. Wipe it all clean.

If you're going to go back in time and experience different settings like the Rachni war then may I suggest doing a RTS game? You could even have it where you play through different generations so to speak. So you can start with the Protheans war against the Reapers, go into the morning war, into the Rachni war and up to the first contact war. Something like that.

Though I still push for something set in the future where the inhabitants of the galaxy will cause their own ultimate demise.

No prequels. Also, the ending of the last trilogy needs to be explained. Though even given that, it'd probably take a miracle at this point for me to buy another Mass Effect game.

I'd like to see a game based on the Quarian/Geth conflict. The main character being Geth. Opening cinematic could be your creation. The basic first level would be simply running, picking up things up, deploying shields, etc that would unnerve Quarians. Near the end of the level your Geth feels threatened and picks up a gun. The rest of the game is spent gathering fellow Geth to join/rebel against Quarians ending with the Quarian exile.

Well I'll say this:

if the game turns out to be RTS &/or MMO (like TOR where we have to pay per month) most fans won't buy it.

KOTOR, ME1 established Bioware. Baldurs gate yes, but the whole RPG elements  (and deep-story) in KOTOR & ME1 is what made this company Thrive.

The majority of the fans want to go back to KOTOR & ME1. Where Choices were made & Mattered

RTS / MMO ie. TOR - unless you want a much smaller and new Fanbase, then go that route.

But the majority of the fans are RPG Lovers.

BassStyles suggested from my thread:

Wreav could be interesting to have as a story arc. He could return
being pissed at Wrex for leaving him for dead, thus Wreav could gather
supporters to him and there would be a Krogan Civil War. Those who want
peace (Wrex), and those who want to build an empire across the galaxy
(Wreav).

IMO, this would be pretty bad****

1. Honor the fallen;
2. Import Commander Shepard with the Red ending because that's "how we win this";
3. Keep in touch with Strahovski and Helfer;
4. Fight the war with the Krogan, free those "ten planets"!

...and thank you guys for your dedication to this project! That was a very exciting journey!

My honest suggestion to Bioware is to not make a ME4 at all. You've already pissed on the franchise and the fans enough and it's obvious you've lost whatever mojo you used to have.

Do something else, leave Mass Effect alone. Don't be George Lucas.

you play as shepard again and you import your me3 save.

if you picked destroy then we see shepard waking up from a coma only to find out that the galaxy is at war with the levis (thats what the military grunts will call leviathans to save time) and you have been rebuilt and been added with some more enhancements to fight this new/old menece.

if you picked control then after a few years of using the reapers to rebuild, shepard orders the remaining reapers to fly into a star or blackhole but not before he created a scale replica of his/her human form witch has some reaper tech benefits to it, and he tries to go back to the life he left behind but then the levis attack and etc

if you picked synti... synteis... syntieces? synteises? the green one: um... shepard meterializes out of thin air? because of... em space magic?

if you picked refusal then everyone is dead and you dont get to import your save

Or you can remake mass effect 3 and scrap the whole crusible/catalyst crapp from the script, in that way your game will not suck anymore and i can stop feeling dead inside

Give us a brand new customizable hero to play as, and just be incredibly vague about whatever became of the hero we grew so attached to (because that worked so well in Dragon Age 2 and KOTOR 2).

Give us plenty of moral choices and romance options so that the story of our new custom hero can be completely different on each playthrough.

Finally, when our new hero's story has reached the climax, bring all the plot branches together in a nice ending that ties up any loose ends, and lets us choose the color of the fire our hero dies in.

i think we should go from the end of ME3 +10 years and shep is mia (not dead just mia) and if you import your 1-3 complete saves it effects the me universe the same as it did in 3. The story arcs on as a splinter group from cerberus who survived me3 capture the normandy but edi and joker managed to escape and are also mia.

The illusive man is back in the form of an AI construct called EVA  housed within a repurposed geth hybrid unit after the take over of evas previous body which edi now controls and is a direct implant of the illusive man after he had his little operation.

You are captured by the council and sentence to death due to your criminal doings, but you are offered leniancy if you go recapture normandy and bring it back, they give you initial spectre status in the spy network, liara is an npc who is your contact who is suprisingly warm to you but keeps you at a distance, aria is in your crew and you get kasumi as a full companion unlike before and jack is back and she is on your crew.

Other crew members are thanes son and grunt or wrex's son mordin plus an extra or 2 of any race possibly someone from zhos hope and mouse. As an outcast asari raised by jack you have no affiliation tied directly to the alliance or cerberus and work for the shadow broker. he/she spent alot of there youth at grisom academy which is the main reason jack took the position there but was sent to omega station when the outbreak of the reaper invasion began.

You are an unknown, an actual male/female asari not mono gender due to somehow there being 3 dna bases instead of 2 but you do not know who your parents are and jack looked after you in secret, our main jobs is to track down clues as to who your parents are and what actualy happened to shepard but cerburus is trying to find him/her also to get payback for the betrayal they did that nearly destroyed there organisation.

The new hero has been trained by javik who found you when they went to pay respect to his fallen comrades, the new hero had accidently triggered the memory shard that javik gave to shepard which jack kept safe for many years, it inadvertantly implants not only the prothean memorys but also shepards memorys which made the new hero drawn to the same planet as javik in the 1st place.

This helps the new hero discover that when shepard was in detention on earth he wasnt as laid back and not doing as much as people previously thought and was infact working on a secret alliance project that in the wrong hands could bring harbinger back from the dead.

Bring back the mako and full exploration as seen in 1 and 2 and also bring back resources which are seen in 2. The ship you get be it the normandy or not should come with a broken VI which jack sorts out by fixing the broken shepard vi and implanting that on the ship.

The new heros name is Vigil :bandit:

Please no prequel. The books and comics give enough for the imagination. But really what can be worse than the Reaper threat if its set in the future. And no MMO...then I will have lost faith as with Kotor..Swtor..whatever.And no LI/Shepard love child grown up rubbish...Maybe a peek at the LI or child but not as the main character.

Oh what about that Dark Energy stuff ?

If the lovechild coment was about my post then i didnt mean it like that. 'Vigil' cant be shepards love child, to old and there should be a good story written up by bioware as to why Jack brought him/her up in secret and accepted a job at grisom academy to take them there but also a reason why aria of all people would help jack protect him/her and actualy leave omega station to watch over and fight with him or her.

Also javik is not the sort of person to train just anyone, there should be a good written story why javik would train vigil and why vigil is the 1st asari to be found gender specific and have 3 dnas that make them up instead of 2.

if there is still multiplayer in ME4/0/1.5/2.5 or whatever there going to call it, I would like to have just as much if not more customization options than what I had when I made my shepard character; at the very least in there armor and skin tone. I wondered why I couldn't have an asari in my own combination of the N7 armor pieces, collector armor or the slayer's armor (minus the helmets). However, ABOVE ALL ELSE--whether in ME3 or this new installment--FIX THE GLITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Goodness. This feels like a huge responsibility coming from us fans. Asking us to come up with ideas? That is truly an honour!

Well, considering how I've always wanted to play as Garrus, why not have a game set during the two years between ME1 and ME2 where Garrus comes back to the Citadel to go back to C-Sec or apply for Spectre training (depending on how you talk to him in ME1) up to the point when he loses his entire squad to all three mercanary groups on Omega. I'd love that very much, please!
