I wanted Eamon on the throne. He's going to take power in some way anyway, might as well do it openly instead of screwing his foster son. Barring that, I wanted to talk sense to Loghain and team up against Eamon.

I second wanting to smack Alistair after hiring Loghain. If you hate me so much, at least finish your job before leaving. (I feel a mod coming...)

Shianni Romance: Yes. Should have been something in the male city elf line. Barring that, a minor side story for other elves.

I usually side with Anora, but she might as well be killable. Everyone else in the room except for Eamon is killable. Why not a massacre? (Bodies litter the Landsmeet chamber, PC is covered in blood. Darkspawn walk in, and run away like children at the sight. The end.)

Edit:

That would be the best Dwarven ending ever. Two would-be rulers would have a conniption at once, and every one dies happily ever after.

Also...

- Choice to rescue the alienage girls without killing Vaughan. The only options they gave us were murderous vengeance or to be a totally heartless ****. I have him at my mercy, why can't I tie him up and walk out with my friends?

- Choice to imprison Morrigan before the final battle, so she can't run off with Ali's baby.

- Ability to kill Morrigan

- Option to do more than just flirt with Teagan

To bad you can't become First Enchanter and start fashioning your own mage rebellion and bathe the Chantry in magical incendiary light.

Or have templars hunt you. And kill them for being fools.

Or maybe telling Morrigan you want in (pun unintended) on her plot. Then after the battle run laughing into the night at the havoc to descend upon the establishment and the orthodox.

I would like the conversation to harden Alistair to be less black. 'Everyone is out for themselves' is silly. 'Some people are only...' is much better. I do feel sorry for the poor sod.

I also want Gorim as a companion. My Female Dwarven Noble missed him, talk about making an impression!

Ser Cauthrien: hello Warden, good to see you've made your way to Redcliffe unharmed. Is there something you want to ask me?
PC: YOUR HIRED!
SC: What?
PC: I'm conscripting you.
SC:

The ability to actually take the demon into your body in the beginning of the mage opening and actually become an abomination would be a game over moment but a very rad one...

Generally more options, for example you could also pickpocket people as a rogue as you spoke to them. Or you could cast a spell on them if you were a mage during a talking session. Perhaps it could enter something like

selected =Option:1"Makes the mans hands turn Ice cold"

Option2:"Stares at him"

result

Now will you give me the key

I agree with 4 n as for #5 there is a d/l where you can have nuddity.

Myself I'd like to add a few more comments when you're asked to choose between your romances.

Like with Morrigan since she says it's a 1 time thing with her, n later she asks why your romancing Leliana you get the option to say well I thought you said it was a 1 time thing with us, I got needs too or something along those lines lol

After sparing Loghain to slap Alistair around, a lot, in front of the whole Landsmeet. 'And you want to be King! (because I usually harden him) You can't even take responsibility for a small (2 people) chapter of Grey Wardens!"

To run Leliana through if you are a Dalish Elf and she goes on with her "... and they are very pleasing to look at" tirade. Seriously, I started a 2h dalish elf and was going to romance Leliana, then she said all that. I ended the conversation early and literally just looked at her (so staring at my screen) for five minutes thinking "sooo, should I roleplay this and say I eventually came to like her, or just tell her to get lost right now?" I ended up keeping her, but that's metagaming....

I'd have liked it if the mage origin had gone in a totally new direction if the player didn't want to help Jowen, but didn't want to tattle on him either.

I was really annoyed during the arguement over Loghain's fate, I couldn't tell everyone to shut up, we'll lock him up, then let the nobles or court deside his fate after the archdemon business was taken care of.

That "Kill him now" or "Make him a Grey Warden, but otherwise free" choice felt waaay to limiting and stupid.

"did you find the Urn Of Sacred Ashes?"

"yes. it was in the first place we looked. Why couldn't your guards find it?"

"that's such good news! quickly, get it to the Arl..."

"no, I'm ****ing serious - where the **** did all those guards go? It was ****ing cold up there, and I didnt really get anything awesome. plus, I'm not really religious, so it wasn't special for me in that way. overall, kind of a waste, for me."

also, (regarding an earlier post) Isolde did offer to kill Connor when I played through. I didnt let her, but does she chicken out or something?

Well, technically, a knight of Arl Eamon did make it to Haven. You find his body in the village store, I believe. He just never lived to make it to the temple.

I'm a dog person so I would have like to be able to actually pet, play with and wrestle my mabari hound instead of getting the same dog rolling animation when I went to pet him.

I played as a human noble so the part when you meet your brother at the palace should have been way more emotional. There should have been a mini cut-scene where you hug him or at least have an option to.

To be a dalish elven mage as an origin story and a normal human with an unknown background (a lone wolf) for an origin.

This, only I don't care what the human background is, just something non-noble would be cool. Also, Dalish Mage (Keeper Apprentice maybe?) seems like such a no-brainer, I don't really understand why it wasn't in the game to begin with.

Other than that - I wanted to be able to tell Arl Eamon to hell with the Landsmeet and just take my three armies and go hunting the archdemon. Why are we wasting time with politics when there's a Blight infecting the country? Save lives first, worry about crown later...

I also would have liked to be able to go assassinate Loghain as Morrigan suggested when we arriving at Lothering. >.>

1. the option to flirt with/sleep with Ser Gilmore, rather than that slack jawed noble Dairren or whatever his name is.

2 I was always disappointed that there was no WTF type conversation with Alistair after finding out how the archdemon is killed from Riordan, regarless of whether your PC was male or female & romancing him or not. If you are involved in a romance with Alistai, its pretty earth shattering news, yet its barely acknowledged.

3. Kill goldanna & Anora.

4. I agree with Robbya about meeting Fergus at the palace being more emotional & possibly a cutscene. It took me a couple of playthroughs before I even realised he was there, lol. I just never noticed him.

I would love to get that Keeper dalish elf girl to join my group, be my gf, then wife, and ooh have my human babies! :P

Also I want the option to just point at someone and say "your conscripted to the Grey wardens, follow me until we get to do the ceremony". That would so own, lol... "As the PC escorts the b**** queen out, and gets surrounded by guards "By the authority vested in me, you are all conscripted to the Grey Wardens"

This! :)

Also, I'd rather be given the choice to track Morrigan down afterwards and then have the option to kill her and her Old God, but supposedly not evil, offspring or keep it and let Alistair and the PC claim and raise it as their own.

When Alistair gives his speech just before the blight, the PC should have options to speak:

"I know. I'm awesome!"
"I didn't do it alone, Alistair. We did this, along with our companions."
"For Ferelden!"
"Damn you're sexy when you're forceful!"

To be able to sleep with your romance option when you have a bed available and not just in the tent.

ok ok I got one more. "The Grey Warden Taxation fund"

You should be able to travel around and increase your funds by saying your a grey warden and the tax must be paid in times of blight. Good way to help me buy those rings, that staff, and oooh look shoes!

No, she does it herself from what my friend said.
