Generally I would have loved some "Screw this" or "I don't really care either way" options.
And the "Hello, sense" - option. Especially during the landsmeet.
A few more infamous "Say goodnight, Manuel!"-Mass Effectlike - options would have been awesome as well...

An option to continue through the deep roads and find the other dwarven city and get their help against the blight instead of dealing with Orzamar's politics.
Recruiting Gorim to the party and continuing the love story we barely got to start.

I also wholeheartedly agree with the people wanting to knock some sense into NPCs, especially the companion NPCs. Definitely Morrigan and Sten in Redcliffe and Haven.
I also agree with telling Mouse to bugger off.
But mostly, I would so love my dog as a free companion.

Getting betrayed by Anora (I was surprised she really married my character - I thought she would have schemed something).

Actually if you're a dwarf noble it should be..

Me: *places on own head* Surprise, baznitches!
Yessssss!!!!!! Bwahahahahahaha! Ceasar would be proud!
I'd also like to have been able to:
1. Option to have a little fun with Daveth before the joining at Ostagar
2. Human noble to have a little fun with Ser Gilmore before the castle gets taken.
3. Recruit Ser Cauthrien
4. Murder knife Chantry priests (except that old lady priestess outside the Denerim Chantry, the one who was screwing up the Chant. I want to recruit her instead, or elect her as the Divine)
5. Involve Oghren or Wynne or Shale in the Isabella threesome
6. For mages, at least attempt to give Cullen some much needed PTSD counseling, and maybe some happy pills.
7. Option to murder knife that whiny apprentice mage (keili, I think she is) who constantly whines about mages and evil, and how she hopes the templars will kill all mages so they can all see the Maker.
8. Instead of execution or recruiting as a Warden, having the option to exile Loghain to Orlais to serve as a court jester or rent-boy in an Orlesian ****house.
9. Schloomples as a bonus party member.

Now those are some very awesome options that i would also like and I hope these would be added via an official patch. (IF ONLY).
I must addmit that I especially loved numbers 4, 7 & 8.

Pulling an Alistair when Eamon refuses to let my dog fight Loghain one on one.
Ahh, there's another one. And of course, being able to nominate Dog as the next king.
I mean, common, if it's good enough for Rome (Caligua and his horse), it's good enough for Ferelden!
Eamon: We can't have a king who will give his loyalty to anyone with a nice juicy hambone.
PC: Well then, we shall simply have to make sure we have more hambones than the other guy, won't we?

I don't know why Eamon would say that--Dog is the most loyal companion in the entire game, the only one who won't betray or let you down in some way.
As for my wishes:
- the option to execute Anora
- more conversation choices with Isolde. I'd really love to verbally rip her a new one. Connor shouldn't have to die in order to punish her.
- more of an ability to indicate (if you so desire) that you are an actual couple with Tamlen in Dalish elf origin. For either sex.
- more romantic--or at least hook-up--opportunities with NPCs. My faves are Cullen (why feel guilty over a crush when you can feel guilty over an actual affair?!), Daveth (he's flirty enough--why not take him up on his offer?), Teagan (ditto), and Kylon (one of the cooler NPCs; too bad you can't do more with him). I'm sure those who love the ladies could weigh in on some choices there!

Stab Isolde in the face when you find out its her son thats evil and she caused it all. Or have her end her own sons life would be even better
Turn Goldana into a frog. They speak of mages being able to do that but we never actualy do.
Say to Loghain before the Landsmeet. "Screw you guys. I am off to the Anders. Good luck with killing the Archdemon without me."
To find Garins bread and shove it down his throat to shut him up about it.
Regarding the first, agree to the first bit, with regard the offing bit, as far as I am aware it is an option I can't remember how you get that option though.
Agree about Goldana and as a matter of fact any NPC that annoys you, lets see some of these allegations about mages be true
Yeah that would be funny to tell Loghain and the others that.
And TOTALLY agree about Garin, I really wish that once he said that once you get an option to slap him round the head and thats it, he doesn't repeat that same line everytime. Same with Egrin! After you tell him once that things have settled down in Orzammar he shouldn't try to continue to make out things are still messed up.
Wish could get Ser Cauthrien to join the party and be romanceable, for the ladies I'll even say same for Teagan just to be fair.
Wish could harden Jowan and get him to join the team as the 'Blood mage' option.
Push the whole hardening of Leliana even further so that her opinion changes from the "preachy, holier than thou" to a more darker attitude that a bard would have (IMHO)
The option to sail off with Isabella instead of fighting the blight even if it just leads to a "Your Journey Ends here" style ending.

-Saving Leske
-Intimidating Vaughan into letting Shiani go
-Killing Branka and preserving the anvil
-Being able to convince everyone in Redcliffe to fight. Bella and Bann Teagan should be out there
-Poisoning Ceorlic before the Landsmeet
-Getting Kolgrim and the cultists to fight the blight
-Convincing Genetivi to keep his mouth shut.
That's about it.

The ability to convince Alistair of duty if you spare Lohgain and get all Duncan vs Jory on him if he still doesn't get it.
The ability to kill Morrigan if you refuse her.
The ability to conscript followers. Leliana especially makes sense for the same reasons as Cauthrien if you romance her.
The ability to side with Lohgain, imprison/kill Eamon and Alistair, marry Anora, kill the Archdemon, and rule as a tyrant in a kind of "evil" ending.
The ability to double cross everyone and rule as a tyrant with a hardened Alistair/Leliana or Morrrigan at your side as another evil ending.

Also using the right of conscritption more often, there are more then enogh characters i was sure of you could turn into a warden
And slapping my companions if they b**** around when i'm trying to save Ferelden and therefore doing what's necessary.

After sparing Loghain to slap Alistair around, a lot, in front of the whole Landsmeet. 'And you want to be King! (because I usually harden him) You can't even take responsibility for a small (2 people) chapter of Grey Wardens!"
This.
Oh and to make myself ruler alone. Can't forget that.

Do all the above and as male/female; find Ser Jory's wife and seduce her, hahaha - evil laugh! Seduce Ser Cauthrien and get her to kill Loghain and/or Alistair. Seduce Isdore and get her to poison Eamon. Seduce Teagan and get him to kill Isdore, lol. Get Camman's (or what ever that stupid elf is call) love interest, after I seduce her of couse, to take him out to the woods and cut his "balls" off. Seduce Anora, make her Queen and get her to cut her father's head off as well as Alistair, Eamon etc if they are still alive. Seduce Wynne and turn her on to the "darkside". Seduce Goldana and have her come with me to make Alister life sweet.....hihi while he still lives! More threesoms and foursoms....seduce the whole Landsmeet and get them to.......well I leave that up to your imagenations. And lastly seduce the Archdemon and take over the world, baha!
Is there any one that I haven't seduce?

Yes, you forgot plenty. But the ideas sound nice, especially the Archdemon seducing thing. I always thought he was the literal burner, and he must be a beast in bed, if you know what I mean.
Besides, taking over the world is always a nice thing.
However, you only said things I had already mentioned.
