Then we should have the option to murder knife or throw Bhelen into the Deep Roads like we were.
Also Conscript anyone we want, come on, Duncan did it to us.
And yes, to get Gorim back. Why can't we have the dwarf love interest/bodyguard we had at the start of the game? How dare he get with another girl? *pout*
Oh and having Morrigan as a love interest for females, don't get why she isn't, she's damn hot! We should also be able to agree with some of her comments, like her "Anyone else feel the urge to vomit? No? Tis just me?" No Morrigan you are NOT the only one.

If the mighty ashes of Andraste were so powerful, why couldn't it reverse Darkspawn taint? I felt really bad for poor Ruck.

Have an option to wrestle with Alistair who gets to slay the archdemon. I wouldn't mind if the PC would end up losing, just for the amusement
This option would be priceless. LOL

-Being able to talk to Alistair about the Dark Ritual after the deed.
-More dialogue between the PC and certain party members during and after RtO.

2. It'd be nice to be able to recruit one more character, depending on your origin. I've only played a mage so far, but the obvious choice there would be to get Jowan after healing the Arl; and I'm sure all the other origins have characters that could work.

2) Hand Isolde over to the Templar for her crimes, or at least personally break her jaw to shut her the hell up.
3) Straighten Alistair out and build up his confidence over the course of the game. I don't want him as a selfish jerkface, and I don't want a silly one-shot dialog option to determine a character's outlook. That was handled much better in Throne of Bhaal with Sarevok's conversion away from Chaotic Evil, which was only an expansion (if a big one) with much less time for character building.
4) See Loghain properly dismantled for his crimes. He gets off way too easy. He rants and raves and lies and slanders and you barely get a word in edgewise, then you have to fight him no matter what. Basically all my efforts meant zilch and my conduct in general and towards the other nobles in particular is worth less than a dead rat's fart, too. Talk about killing motivation.
5) Clobber all party members but Wynne with a clue-by-four until they realize that maybe their leader wants to talk about her past and her thoughts and fears for a change, instead of the conversations being totally one-sided and always about the NPCs. One reason why I love Wynne so much is that she's the only one who cares.

2. For Dalish, to SAVE Tamlen, and romance him.
3. Shake Lelianna and call her crazy.
4. Cut off Ohgren's beard.
5. The ability to see your Dalish clan again later in the game.
6. Be able to wander around after you defeat the Arch Demon..

LMFAO 1 definitely whole heartedly agree especially after she makes the suggestion of sleeping with Alistair, skank. But at least you get to call her a b***h for 1 of the dialoge answers which I choose everytime
2 I think Isolde should of had something coming to her
3 Agree
4 Agree
5 Agree with all but especially with Wynne

I rambled there. On to the point: I wish when talking to Alistair afterward, Taiyama could have said something like "I know you're angry and I'm sorry. I don't want this to ruin our friendship. You're my best friend, Alistair, but you and I have different beliefs on what the Wardens are. I hope you'll forgive me for this someday."
Additionally, when Loghain asks why Taiyama spared him, I would have liked a response that elaborated Taiyama's view that everyone, even Loghain, deserves to be able to redeem themselves for their crimes if they are willing.
Also, I would have liked at some point (preferably right before Loghain was to redeem himself by killing the archdemon) for Taiyama to be able to say he forgave Loghain. That's just the kind of guy Taiyama is, he can forgive just about anything if the person who did it is repentant, as Loghain obviously was.

Also, I'd like the opportunity to attack Branka when you're talking with her. It wouldn't work, obviously (say, you throw the murder-knife at her but she blocks it with her shield), but I'd really like the ability to do that and to be much more angry with her in your responses in general (which is appropriate, coming as this does right after the whole Broodmother thing)...

What choices do you wish yo
I personally want more genre savvy responses; for example, when Flemeth is talking you through what you need to do after Ostigar there's no real option to go 'Well we have these treaties, time to call them in' (you basically need to go 'oh noes, what are we to dozorz. D:' to make Flemeth go 'Go call in treaties, nub')
There'd also be nice to have a few more sarcastic/snarky lines too:Basically, answers that make it clear you don't particularly care you just want to get whatever it is done. (A good example is with Bhalen: when you make him king you can basically go 'Yay, congrats, wonderful, WHERE THE HELL ARE MY MEN.'
I don't think there was ever a 'Sure, ask me to do whatever it is you
want. Everyone else and their f$%&ing dog does, after all...' sort
of answers to many questions. Using Bhalen again, The second he mentions her and a paragon's ability to break the deadlock, you can't say 'And youi want me to find her, right, give me her last known location' or the like.
(shrugs) Nothing wrong with wanting to give a comforting hug to your cousin. Especially after she's been raped. (I'd like to hug my romance interest too, but hey....)thegreateski wrote...
For the last friggin time Shianni is your COUSIN!
unless of course your just kissing cousins. Whatever.
Incidently, the whole 'kissing cousins' thing? Remember, in some countries it's legal for cousins to marry. It's legal in britain but it's almost never done, and when it's seen in media it's almost always played for laughs.

The ability to follow Morrigan after the Final Battle...and NOT kill her. Never understood why all the ladies were so irrational about that.
Oh, and more genre savvy deadpan snarkiness. This game had the latter in spades. We need more of the former.

Personally, I would have liked to have asked for "Apology from Isolade for Allistair" from the Earl as a boon for saving Redcliffe. The shield was nice and all, but making that snotty woman apologize would have been much more amusing.
Just offer herself on the blood table is fun too..
You killed the demon possed kid
others will be glad if you save it/him

I like being able to have my HN PC give Alistair the proper response when he 'forgets' that almost her whole family has just been massacred.
It never made sense to me that Alistair actually favors and suggests killing Connor, but has a fit in camp about it. Excuse me? I only did what you suggested, so stfu and gtho!!!
The "go to the tower and get the mages and lyrium" cheapens the game imo. That should never have been an option, it was a cheap way out. It should also never be the 'morally right' option. The PC (unless metagaming) cannot know what the demon-boy will do while she is off trying to get the mages. After all, Tomas gets all bent out of shape if the PC tries to leave Redcliffe before the attack. My PC told Isolde that she'd have to think it over first, and Isolde more or less hurries her with "make it quick, because we don't know what the demon will do if you take too long". Oh, I see. Thinking things over might doom the village/castle, but leaving for a few days to get the mages won't? How odd.
The "persuasion" to let Jowan go should not be an automatic failure. On the contrary, he should be recruitable.
The "persuasion" to 'make it worth his while with some personal attention' in regards to Dwyn should also not be an automatic failure. Why put the persuasions in, if they can never succeed?

I can think of quite a few choices which should logically have been available but were not.
But the most annoying absences were dialogue based. For instance when you confront Logain before the Landsmeet you are carrying cast-iron evidence that Logain hired the mage to murder Earl Eammon, and also the letter from the elf watching Redcliffe castle from the tavern. This should have been a topic of dialogue when Logain is bull****ing away.
Instead we have to listen to him and Howe lie their faces off without challenge. That was annoying.

"Shut up. (slits throat)".
I also agree as a mage you should be able to turn some of these "people" into frogs. It'll be hilarious.
Another thing was Loghain got off to easy. Should have tied him up and let me slap him once in a while. Until i get bored where it gives me to see him put on flames.

FYI, your PC can bring up the treaties - you just have to have a high enough cunning to get that option.Loki330 wrote...
