So we all know there will be returning characters and it is unknown but very likely that there will be a import save feature. My question is will they remeber anything for example if you romance Alistair in DA:O will he remember your Gray Warden? Will Someone such as Isebela remember Hawke!!
Will they remember?!?!

I do hope morrigan remembers the sisterhood her and my warden shared.It seems like bioware is only focusing on morrigan/romanced warden pertaining to witch hunt.

if you play as your warden then no doubt the characters will remember but what if you play as someone completely new? Like if you try to Romance someone who was romanced by Hawke or Gray Warden will they remember them or will someone such as Isabella act like nothing happened between her and Hawke??

alistair did not in dragon age 2 so since the save import went so wrong in dragon age 2 will that mess up saves for dragon age 3 is what i want to know
i had to get a mod for dragon age 2 so that i could hear alistar call her the love of his life and it was worth it shame it had to come to that because bioware never fixed that and it sucks

Thats why i am worried lol Alistair was my romance in DA:O but in DA2 he didnt remember anything!!

Exactly why Import your save if the charachers that died are still in the Next Game!! That would be if like Tali died In Mass Effect 2 Yet still came back for 3

Note that the save file most likely will only be the state of the world not the history of individual. Hence I do not think those will be the major concerns when the narrative designers form the story structure of DA3. But they might add those individual histories as some sorts of easter egg.

Ashes of Andraste/magical lyrium cave, Lelianna, blah blah blah, resurrection. Likewise Anders and Justice, spirit possessing corpse blah blah blah ressurection.
There were errors in the way the save data and stuff was handled, but those guys actually have an explanation for how they come back if they died in a playthrough.
