Piranha isn't the only weapon that is unbalanced, nor is it really a huge problem. Plus statistics on commonly used weapons doesn't really tell you whether or not it is balanced or unbalanced necessarily anyway.

I like it the way it is, but sometimes I stop and think when I shred through two platinum banshees with no barriers in 2 clips from my Piranha.
