-Party Camp
-Different starting stories depending on what race/class you pick
-The replay value
-A similar ending
-The Warden must be brought back in some shape or form
-Bring back the characters from origins

I hated the camp and thought the various bases in Kirkwall were much better.

That's the trouble with "we."

I just really miss party camp, i spent so much time running back there in origins so see if there would be any story progression with my babies :3

I don't hate having separate bases, but Kirkwall was poorly organized in general in my opinion.

but you had no way to sort each item on every character

the camp let you buy and sell items and sort out what every party member had which was better then what we were stuck with in dragon age 2

And if I can get that back without also having to take a camp with it, that'd be great.

I'd like to see a return of the finishing moves. They were pretty cool and one of the only perks about playing as a warrior (which is sad as that is my favorite class).

Other than that, I'd love to see a variation on the camp return. Not in the exact same style, but somewhere where access to all of the party is available and the player can also chat with them whenever the want (primarily about intimate things, hehehe....)

My original impression prior to any rumors or info given, was that you'd spend a decent amount of time traveling, mostly by ship. So as a form of a resting spot for the essential character building and inventory establishing necessities that come with these types of games, you would spend your time on a ship with various crew mates and obviously your squad. Though this may be too much like ME to not feel fresh.

Some things I'd like back would be:
-Gifts- Receiving and giving through the inventory
-The ability to tell disloyal or unwanted party members to leave
-A quanari follower
-The sense of traveling or adventuring
-A more in depth leveling system that allows you to really delve into how you want to play whilst in combat
-A bigger, more diverse party

That would be my preferred way of replacing, yet at the same time reusing the camp idea. A ship would be awesome!

the "various bases" were just dumb in my opinion, you're walking around with these characters in your party, and then when you walk into their house all of a sudden they go through some weird space-time portal to set up the start of the conversation. They go from standing right next to you to all of a sudden being in some other location during a different time and a different situation. It's stupid and i hope it never comes back. The camp made sense, it was a fun place to wander around, and if fulfilled it's purpose perfectly. The only place that even came close in DA2 was the hanged man because there were multiple people to talk to and it felt slightly more realistic than the others.

The logistics of the various bases weren't any more illogical than the fact the camp looked exactly the same no matter where you were, and the characters always stood in the same place waiting for you to talk to them.

They're both contrivances in some way.

Spell combos.

Also combat; DA2 was very fast paced and enemies were overpowered in many cases. DAO has a kind of D&D-esque feel, even though it's not based on it - like a completely different version of D&D in its own right.

Yes! The camp was my favorite place in DA:O, you always knew that you could interact with the characters when ever you wanted when you were there. That's another thing that needs to return, character interaction! I don't want the drama to be limited to the few quests you'll get from your squad mates! And no one can blame the new dialog wheel for this, interaction worked perfectly in ME 1 and 2!

I thought camp was meh. Maybe if your companions moved around more and had different camp sites based on your location it would of been better. Also banter triggering while your in camp would of been great as well.

As for something I want back from Origins? I'd like a post victory party and epilogue slideshow with different outcomes.
