I'm just wondering, what will you fans do if DA3 turns out to be as bad as ME3 original ending or DA2? Will you still trust Bioware?
What if this game bombs?

I enjoyed DA 2 and, while ME3 ending was disappointing, I also enjoyed the rest of the game... so yes, I will.

Hm.....depends. If it is complete crap then I'd definately be much more careful with Bioware going forward. But I admit I'm pretty easy to please(I loved Alpha Protcol after all) so I really don't think this'll happen. Especially considering how much time Bioware is spending to fix DA2's problems.
Edit:
I don't think DA2 would count as a bad game, at least for me anyway. It wasn't awesome, but I still enjoyed it. I beat it like 4 time I think. I've played far worse after all.

You mean like this thread is going to bomb?…
Go away, pessimist.

If the game bombs, I'd imagine you won't have the chance to ponder another DA purchase...
So trust won't be much of an issue anymore. Who knows how it would damage Bioware internally too.

If it's like DA2 and ME3, I'll be fine. If it ACTUALLY bombs, I would be upset, I guess. Kind of boring question.

I really think they are going to learn from DA2 and DA3 will be an awesome game.

If it bombs I'd expect that the franchise would be shelved for the forseeable future.
oh and IBTL.

Now that Mass effect trilogy is ended i think there's more time and resources available to finish the Dragon Age Series, I'm sure Bioware knows what they are doing.

Though, if I had to be really honest.. I'd prefer to see 10 more ME games over 10 more DA games.
Maybe it's because I just grew very, very, tired over fantasy settings the past 10 years, while the Mass Effect universe still feels new, exciting, inviting, explorable.. Oh, and it's the only universe that has Asari. Bioware could make a game taking place on Thessia 5,000 years ago (that's just about 5-12 generations) , featuring only Asari, and I'd be interested!

I'll use DA3 for a paperweight, of course.

It's EA that worries me still. I feel that the intentions of BW are sincere. Historically (and recently), EA's intentions are not.

If reviews tell me it's something I will not enjoy, I will simply not buy it and instead fangirl lustfully over Project Eternity.
I've never trusted Bioware, so that won't be a problem.

Oh there we go again with the paranoia.

Considering how DA2 and ME3 turned out, plus both of the founders leaving at the same time and one claiming that he lost the love he had for making games for this company, I'd say that all this paranoia is justified.

If it's like DA2 then I'll not even be that exited when the trailers and info starts pouring out from BW, if it's like ME3 I'll crap my pants in euphoria, stop play before the end and wait for EC dlc... Don't think it will come to that, They must have learned from DA2 that that is not how you make a rpg and from ME3's ending that hell brakes loos unless you actually finish the game you're making.

Well, BW looks at these forms to see what the fans want... as our words are considered, we can help the results by being smart, constructive, letting BW do what they do best, and lastly, we should not be posting things like, "OMG I WAHNT GARRUS AND MAH FEMSHEP TO BUILD HAUS TOGETHER AFTER R3APER WAAR!!1!!1!11!1!"

well mass effect 3s ending still sucks even with ec it's one of the worst endings ever
I would like to think bioware is not stupid enough to make an ending anything like what we were stuck with in mass effect 3 not unless they want to drive off those of us who have tried to stay loyal
this games ending needs to make sense not be vague and be satisfying
because i play games for fun not for artistic integrity

I have no intention of buying it till it is dirt cheap. I am fine with risking 4 or 5 bucks then

It won't, there are (millions of) people who will buy it regardless of how good it is.
There are not a large amount of RPG options out these days. Especially for the consoles.

I thought DA2 was fine other than the repetitive level designs. I thought ME3 was awesome other than the ending. The EC helped some though. With that said, as long as Bioware learns from these things going forward, and I'm sure they will, the game will be fine. If not I'm not going to let one game ruin an otherwise favorable opinion of the company that I have. I can say the same about Bethesda. I was super excited for Skyrim despite the pile of dung that Hunted: The Demon Forge ended up being.

Pfft. "What if".
What if I was taking a shower and slipped on a bar of soap?
...
Oh my god, I'd be killed!

Just watch out for the advertisements. I highly doubt the spy thing will be as good as it was stated as DA2 said you'd see a new race called Fex (that were never seen or mentioned), you could decide how people would view you as champion (always stopped arishok and nobody cares about how you did it or how you got to that point), and how the imports were broken. I'm not surprised if the promises turn out to be false.
