So I saved Connor by getting the tower mages to help me out.  But in the codex it says Isolde died anyway...will the effect things or is it just a typo?

I have that too, on every character who has made it to Redcliffe - and none of them sacrifice her. But she's still alive ingame, being as obnoxious and detestable as ever. I'm tempted to off the skank next time since I'm being charged with it anyway.



However, I can say that Alistair still thanks you for saving them both. So I suspect the incorrect entry doesn't affect things.

Just a wrong codex entry, it doesn't effect anything in the long run.

Thanks guys! Good to know. There's probably a joke in here about Death's daughter knowing everything, but I'm too lazy to figure it out.

I've seen at least two other bugs in the codex, in my case isolde died and connor was saved and the codex told me connor was killed...

My codex tells me that Irving died even though he survived the fight with Uldred. It also says Anders had died in the second attack by the darkspawn on Vigil's Keep, even though the epilogue said he survived.
