Yes, yes I know half-elves technically don't exist in the Dragon Age universe, human genetics take over and subdue the physical traits of an elf. But does it have to be that way? Think back to dragon age 2, where you meet the boy Feynreil. You help him back when he is kidnapped, and also when he having nighmares- remember the half-elf? If you looked closely, he very obviously had features that marked him as such. But, according to Dragon Age lore, there can be no half-elves, only Humans that descended from Elf/Human parents. Of course, this bothered me a great deal. While they woud be rare because of the obvious prejudice between humans and elves, why shoudn't they exist? I play a lot of RPGs, and Half-Elves have to be my favorite among them. Both of my Dragon Age matchups were human/elf pairings, and I would like to see more from it that just a human child, an icon to help ease the tension, and hep bring the races together. Also, why not add te ability to play as a qunari (if it was not already thought of), it woud be interesting especially considering the event in Dragon Age Two. Could there be qunari half breeds? I know that other races join the qun. Back to half races, looking back to the end of origins. I haven't played through with a dwarf, so how does Morrigan react if you are a dwarf? Could there be a dwarf/human mix (I wonder if that's what Sandal is supposed to be)? Or even (perish the thought!) a dwarf/elf mix? Anyone else have something to add?

1) Paragraph breaks. Learn to love them.
2) Some humans born of elves have elven characteristics.
3) Qunari were one of the original PC races, but were removed. They might have one in the future, but I doubt it will be DA 3.
4) As far as we know, an elf can have children with a kissoth and a dwarf. And a human can have a child with a dwarf. These are rare.

In terms of romance, Dwarves and Halflings seem pretty neglected. In DAO there were none (bar flirt lines for female dwarf) and in Baldur's gate there was literally no romance or flirting for dwarves and halflings.

Sorry, you can't be Tanis Half-Elven. You'll just have to get used to that.
