So I know about the issue with this in multi-player. That is warp missing when your hosting for some reason.
But anyway, I started a new playthrough as an adept and I noticed one huge thing right from the get go: my warp isn't hiting ANY targets.
Regardless of how I place my crosshiars over a target, angle, whatever. It just does not hit them. Example: I just finished the eden prime mission for javik and I had to kill the atlas with my pistol becuase my warp was not hiting it.
I know this is the gameplay/build forum but I'm not quite sure where to post this. Any advice on how to fix this issue would be nice.

Try repairing the game. It should be called scan for corrupt files or something like that in ME3 Origin menu.
Sorry I can't log into Origin in order to check this option because it crashed and requires re-authorization. Funny thing I have no internet connection on my pc as well.
