I don't know if anyone else has been having this issue. I am playing DA2 on my xbox 360 and I am in the Deep Roads Expedition. I messed with tactics a little and set Anders as a Healer. Now he just stands there when the party is being attacked. I changed him to a damager, just to make sure that it wasn't that, but he still wont move. I've played this game a few times and took him on the expedition with me, but this had never happened before. I've also tried reloading my last save. I even reloaded a save to start the whole quest over again. 

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you tried setting up his tactics by hand? Making sure it's set up to hit enemies and the like. Or maybe you have Hold Position on?

Otherwise, I have no idea, you might want to try tech support.
