"The best Dragon Age fanfiction" is pretty subjective. Some brony might recommend a fanfic where Twilight Sparkle defeats the Archdemon with the power of friendship. It's probably godawful to you and me, but to his warped mind, it's the best thing ever.
You can read my stuff if you like. It's not the best, but it's in English and features no magical ponies.

In my experiance all fanfiction is bad some are more tolerable then others however.
