Sure, why not. Personally, I'm hoping Kossith will be a playable race. Your origin story will explain why you're not part of the Qunari.

wasn't there also something in DA:O that suggested ( more then that ) that one would die from that? well unless your one of them but who wants that?

This would be even better IMO. It would encourage me to play a race other than human. Always been a fan of the Kossith.

 Actually, I've been abed the Kossith woman the OP refers to.  I refer him to the tavern Sleeping Gryphon, where many of the ex-Qun Kossith assemble.

Then, I figured that is the solution to these demands. Get your girlfriend/wife to dress like a horned Kossith woman and have fun.

Absolutely, I've been wanting a Female Kossith as party member and even LI since DAO; its a popular request, do it Bioware, for the sake of fanservice!

Well Bioware can do some pretty amazing things but I really don't see how they could extract a fantastical creature from a computer AND make her want to sleep with you. That's just asking too much. XD
