All this talk of kicking gets me really anoyed.

I never kick players just being players. I've had some great games as the underdog (followed a great Asari Adept around on Gold and learned a great deal) and some great games as a Mentor (Saving a low level Quarian on Silver and watching their back as they had a lot of trouble). It's all part of the fun.

Trying to be the super hero top scorer in every game becomes pretty boring (to me) quite quickly. If I had my way I would ban kicking.

 Kicking level 1s from Bronze?  Incredibly stupid, Bronze is MADE for low level characters so they can gain experience without consistent failure.

Kicking level 1s on Silver?  I'd say it'd be weapon dependant.  A level 1 character with some mighty mean weapons might be able to make the argument that they can still do some damage.  Case by case.

Kicking level 1s on Gold?  I vote every time.  I do not want a non-developed character in my gold matches.  IF you're so sure that you could carry everyone because you're so much better then, go right ahead and host your own match.

Silver don't require lvl or consumables if you have Gear_X + Good_Weapon_X.
Bronze don't require even this.

I check which weapons does he have. If he's rocking crappy gear, I'll kick him (in gold). Don't care for bronze and silver.

Screw those silly people. I just solo silver with my level 1 character, and random people end up joining while the game is in progress.

I doing the same all the time - start a silver match with a low level character. I'll survive the initial waves while the backup arrives.

I only kick lvl 1 Characters in gold if their N7 rank is also 1. If not, I take a look at their loadout.

I enjoy playing with level 1 players on my team. It's fun. You also get to see how good or bad they are.

Level 1 N7 1 on silver and up actually does. Sure, level 1 means nothing, low n7 means nothing, but if you put them together...

I only vote to kick level 1's when I'm playing gold or platinum.

A lot of people will kick high N7 rankings out of Bronze. I don't think it had to do with a level 1 character at all. I would say with an N7 ranking of 900 you should be able to get your level 1 character through a silver match without any issues.

Low N7 if it's low enough means a little - lack of experience. Even if you don't like to promote random character cards will get everyone to L20 so anyone under 120 is suspect. Above that who knows?

If you only have 1 power (with 1 point), no fitness or passive upgrades and show up in my U/U/G(P) lobby you'll get kicked instantly, no matter what.

That is to say, I wouldn't allow level 1's into Platinum either. I would not kick them in Gold though.
