Read the statistics. It's increasing every year and they already are big part of the gaming community. And even if it won't be 50/50 for a long time, the point is that it simply doesn't matter if you think "games are for boys" because that won't change whether girls want to play or not. What you fail to realize is that more goes in conquest than just bloodlust. A superior economy, superior political system, superior social system as well. The west had it all and dominated the last five hundred years. As a Polish person you weren't really part of that so I can understand your resentment.

If developers want to disregard men and make games catering to women they'll fail in the marketplace.

Just about everyone has war and inequality in their history, but it takes a really special person with a particularly narrow paradigm to not even be able to admit inujstice at the hands of their ancestors.  Whether Western conquest is a result of bloodlust or a propensity to embody the very subjective construct of "superiority" or both, I don't think anyone can argue that our "social systems" and "economy" are far less superior than that of many other developed cultures.  How can you even tout western social superiority on a thread that has turned into a piece on western social inequality?

No offense, I am sure you are a lovely person but name calling is unnecessary.  It negates your ability to create a persuasive argument, and confirms the vapid nature of what you are saying.  You're argument just falls apart.  So, if being a "moron leftist" in your eyes is looking at things from a broader spectrum than you do... Where do I sign up?

I would just like to point out that I don't push papers in a nice air conditioned office.  In fact, I work outside in the elements (rain, snow or shine) repairing and maintanining transportation infrastructure.  I climb into trucks to shovel blacktop, which is 300degrees btw), among other "manly" tasks like lifting, pushing, operating machinery, and while the men go sit in the shade or "take a break,'  I'm still working my ass off.  I also have a degree in civil engineering.  Ooh how did the girl get a math driven degree, after all "math is hard." 

This doesn't even address the women in the services "attached"  to front line units in wars across the globe.  They function in the same capacity as men even though they "aren't supposed to"  and succeed.  So your assertion that women can only " work"  when it's a cushy job is just plain insulting and OPINION rather than FACT.

Zero proof that anything you said is even true. Assuming it is so what? Outliers exist for everything. Are you really claiming most women don't have cushy office jobs where they mostly browse facebook all day? If women dropped out of the workforce tommorow hardly anyone would notice. If men dropped out everything would collapse within 24-48 hours.

Women also don't serve in a combat capacity in the armed forces at least not in the USA. They also aren't drafted in war.

They do not serve in combat capacity in name only. They are attached to infantry and mobilized units that are on the front line. There is actually a large number of women specifically tasked to EOD which is again on the front lines and do combat air support (again on the front lines).

And yeah, I am claiming that most women don't have cushy offices jobs where they browse facebook all day. Until you can produce counter proof from reputable sources, I'm going to continue to believe that your allegations are inherently false.

But I am surprised that you are not a fan?  You should really embrace your Nancy Grace-ness... A strong, opinionated woman like that..  It seems like you guys share some similar views non-leftist views.. And you both use patronizing ways of addressing people... like cupcake.

They'd all be easily replaced by men because we've already seen a world without a large female employment presence.
