I'm personally a real sucker for Fenris' theme and I firmly believe that, while there is a lot of great music in Dragon Age, Fenris theme is probably the best piece of music ever written for a Dragon Age, or any game for that matter.

Fun fact:  When DA2 was preloaded on my PC, but before I could unlock it, I went through some of the game files to poke around and see what spoilers I can find out, because I'm a loser.  Anyway, one of the files that was readable was a list of sound effects, music cues, triggers, and whatnot.

Guess what Fenris' theme was referred to as in the code?

"fenris_emo_mus"

Foreshadowing in the code, I love it.

I'd like the theme from Lake Calenhad/The Wounded Coast to return. I always found it quite magical and myserious.

Also, things with trumpets.

Check out the KOTOR2 clip in my post. It starts with the low brass but they're just setting things up. As a tumpeter myself, I award you +200 internets for your impeccably good taste. :wizard:

And now Shorts trolls me with links to that music on youtube often.

Yeah, the betrayal music from Ostagar and Fenris' theme are favorites of mine. I think they play the Ostagar music when the Grey Wardens show up at the end of Act 2 in DA2. I hope that both themes get weaved in somewhere in the next soundtrack.

Qunari Theme must return for whenever a Qunari is on screen, Templar theme from DA2 for when dealing with Templar leaders talking to them. The Betrayal was good, put that in for the Loghain cameo when he saves your life helping you kill a bunch of enemies. And the track "King Endrin" For when Alistair shows up accompanied by Ferelden soldiers

I don't really want any music from the last games to return unless we actually return to Ferelden/Kirkwall/Orzammar.

What I do want is something like the camp music from Origins. Something calm, mysterious and dream-like for quiet moments. I can't really recall any such music from DA2.
