Anyway I remember it was announced or mentioned in some material that a new species was found, will the be in the game?
Will that new species be involved?

The Fex are a species native to the island of Par Vollen. (Well, presumably native. They lived there before the Qunari showed up, at least.) And that is precisely all we know about them. They could be cat people, hobbits or sentient cabbages for all we know.
At the moment, I would settle for just knowing what a Fex is, never mind having them in the game. Never mind the Old God Baby, it's my biggest unanswered Dragon Age question.
