Sorry to say, I did the squad challenge Friday, twice, but did not contribute to the ATLAS total the rest of the weekend. Maybe participated in killing 6-8 Atlases doing that.

Part of this was that most of my friends list had moved to playing other games, mostly Borderlands 2. I don't have it but did play other games over the weekend.

we have all thought it, some have said it, i will again, the next dlc needs to be HUGE to shake the mult from the death throes that are starting. New enemy type, new play modes, just new things beyond new guys guns and maps. Dont get me wrong bioware those have been great and fun.... but they wont satisfy for the next dlc if you wish to keep or improve the fading player base.

I sort of envy you there! Enjoy this! Although best played in sequence, I still maintain that this is the best entry in the series regardless of what order you play them in. The story telling and mystery of it were just so great. I too purchased an XBox just to play this game, haven't played any other game on it. The combat is noticeably less fluid than the other 2 titles, for me anyway and obviously no MP, but the story is just the best.

It is actually quite interesting to me, I have recommended the Mass Effect IP to several friends and they liked it, but didn't LOVE IT! I am a PSN native and my friends all are as well...I find that people who have played the first really seem to connect with the other 2 a little more...something about preserving characters from the beginning and having to make some hard calls that really bind you to the series... Interested to hear what you think when all is completed.

That's alright! Let's say every person finished at least 2 missions, and each mission has at least 4 Atlases (there are more than 4 Atlases per match in a Bronze game), we would need this many people to finnish their missions and reach the allied goal:

600.000 Atlases / (2 bronze missions *4 Atlases) <= 75.000 peeps

Taken from the Operation Alloy results, we have roughly 260.000 peeps over all systems.

So you're safe

ME1 is the best, and you get to see ALL the things ME2&3 left out. Such as customizing your companions' armor. Being able to use any weapon on any character with a balance being the lack of accurancy in ratio to class/weapons. Which I think is more realistic. Sure classes may have their preferred weapons, but why can't James pull the trigger on a pistol or SMG??? Not to mention a MUCH LARGER world to explore!!

i'd imagine we reached our goal, the servers will have been sighing for a break this weekend gone, i played quite alot, more than i usually do, but it was worth it, i've never had so much fun in mp, 4 krogans headbutting thin air and rarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring was so funny, i could hardly aim for rolling around laughing, but it was an awesome match and the team was fantastic, we all worked together and had eachothers backs, the team of asari's was also great fun, not as funny as the krogan brigade but still great, i've teamed up with some great players this weekend, i hope we get more operations like this 1

I bet one Krogan vanguard that we made the goal, if not I want a recount. This was a great weekend, I did matches with teams I would not have dared to setup. Quarians, Turian, Asari, Krogan vs cerberus mostly sylver with a few golds to boot and with full extract, nicely done team and thanks for the fun.

Here, here! Agreed! Regardless of the results the last 2 missions were pretty good for building some cohesiveness within the community!

The weekend was asome! I never ever played with 3 other batarian before. Like a "hunting"...kind of a company of predators, but we missed the aliens this time

And I just like some other played the most at this weekend.

and for sure... the best was the 4 krogan

I loved the last two weekend ops. With all the friends I've made, I had much more fun working with you guys and girls than I've had in a long time. I like playing multiplayer but with random matches it can be a bit.....impersonal. Playing with friends is waaay better and as such, am enjoying multiplayer more so thanks *big grin*

Oh yeah I had a couple of random lobby team ups where we were a Krogan gang, completely unstoppable, and trusty old crusader didn't let me down either. The only other teams I worked with a couple of times was Turian, and Asari.

Having played this weekend, there should be an optional mode that you have to be 4 of the same race. Select your world, the enemy, difficult and 'Patriot' mode.

Don't like them taking away your ability to shoot guns and giving you random stuns? Meh I think the krogan would still do fine. All those N7 classes would be worthless though.
