PLEASE make the damn splash pages clear about what you actually need to do.

Try resetting your system. I had the same thing happen, and that did the trick. Unsuprisingly, I did an U/Cerberus/Silver, and the first guy to show up was a Krogan, just like me! So a Kroganing we went. Unfotrunately, one of our squad got executed on Wave 11, so that didn't work out.

I don't see a problem and I'm on PS3 I'll just have to play in a 2 members squad with the friend I usually play or simply coordinate in the lobby with the other pug players using the mic.

Gee. This took a while.

First game: two Krogan on the team (one of them was me). My computer shuts down spontaneously halfway through the match. Sorry about that.

Second game: team with two Turians (one of them me). One of the players (N7 rating of 1) died far outside the extraction zone and I could not get to him on time. Partial extraction.

Third game: three Drell (I was one of them) plus one Destroyer. Full extraction, but I wanted to do a game with a complete team of the same race/species just to be sure.

Fourth game: four Krogan. Everything went well until extraction round. Game starts glitching. Host quits. Left with two Krogan. Other Krogan gets insta-killed by a Phantom. I go down in the last two seconds. Would not have counted anyway due to the fact the other Krogan was already dead.

Fifth game: four Turians. Finally, everything went well. Full extraction. Build up was funny though. He was in the lobby as a Krogan. I enter as Turian. He changes to Turian, while I change to Krogan, this went on for a while and started again as new players entered. One of us finally got the idea to go with the race that a player that indicated he was ready had picked. Ah, good times.

That will be it for this weekend though, my computer is overheating it seems and I have to bring it in for repairs on monday. I would have loved to help kill some Atlases, but I don't want to risk more damage than necessary to my system. Good luck, guys & gals.

Just as I feared this weekends squad goal is proving to me pretty impossible to do. Been trying for the past couple of hours and nobody seems to have any idea about the same race thing going on. Best I've managed was 2 krogans in the same match. Why oh why can't solo count like last event (even tho that was a bit retarded too).

If you read the splash screen, this is probably enough. The description here differs from the one that was originally published on the blog page, probably not to penalize new players (and I saw quite a few tonight). As long as your team had a full extraction.

Just had a random match - full extraction with 2 AA, AJ and AV on silver, works for me. And it was my first match during the operation.

Open question to the bioware team: Are you purposefully trying to make the operations unclear and ambigious? If not, please feel free to send me the texts for the next operations and I will type it up with all the information required to actually understand the objectives of the operation. It is completely surreal how more or less every operation is surrounded by confusion because, you know, you do not actually tell us what need to be done.

On pc here and I 've just hosted a lobby as AV. Had 3 people join me and the three of them chose asari adept.
And guess what, I blew it in the end by not making it to the LZ after having some husk jump on my back.

The splash screen threw me off. I just played a game with two Vorcha (of which I was one) and two humans and thought that I had already completed the challenge.

Not so hard to understand.

In a full group if you have for example two krogans (class does not matter on this operation either soldier, vangard, etc it only counts the race) and two other races, you must have a FULL extraction with those two krogan in the group to be flagged. The more of the same non human races in your group, the better your chances for success with FULL extraction.

If for any reason you only have two of the same race and one of them drops out of the game, PRAY that the next player is one of the same non-human in your squad or else you will not get flagged if you reach FULL extraction.

Like I said, if you can get a FULL squad of the same race you will have a %100 winning chance if you reach FULL extraction. The operation only ask for two or more of the same non-human race to be in the FULL extraction.

I think you misunderstand...

All players must be the same race.
There must be at least 2 players.

If you have 3, all 3 have to be the same race...
If you have 4, all 4 have to be the same race...

Got lucky and cleared operation with my first match. 4 quarians and I was only male quarian, felt good if you know what I mean
