class does not matter. Nor gender ( in this case both male and female Quarians), just the race.

Squad Goal: Full extraction on any difficulty with all squad members as the same non-human race.

Well that was easy. Got a krogan tank session going and we were done in about 16 mins on bronze against reapers.

Yes i did reapers cause i forgot the allied thing. But thats fine cause im going in to search for some more matches to play all day on me3 killing nothing but atlas bastards.

Huh that was unexpected. First game, Kermit the Sally Engineer. Met a PUG who happens to like Salarians, so we had 2 Sally Engineers and 2 Salifiltrators. Glacier/ Cerberus, clockwork.. that was easy. Full Extraction.

A few games later, playing as a Krogan, met a Krogan group. 2 Kroguards, 2 KroSol. Condor/ Geth.. A Krogan battlegroup on Palaven's moon. Huh. Played 4 waves before realising I forgot to switch Fortification on... Full Extraction.

Just as well; I have something else on this weekend. That sorts out my Commendation pack, though I'd again have to submit a ticket to get it...

Squad goal was an awesome asari party that we actually collaborated in a PUG on Xbox. 2 AVs and 2 AAs. Since there were no krogans to headbutt with, we had some fun asari heavy melee tribal hollas between waves.

Have been very liberal with missile use on wave 10 objectives and extractions. In the 5 or so silver matches I've played so far today, we must have taken out at least 50 Atlases, right?

Yes, I know that feeling. But, perseverance and all that, was rewarded with a four bod squad of Turians after waiting 20 mins for a team that fitted the squad goal criteria. Easy bronze to get it done. Two other experienced players and one N7 25 with level 1 weapons. However, the rounds went by in double quick time with 10 waves no casualties. Ten seconds to go and three were in the extraction zone. N7 25 equiv of ten feet away, but even after getting three get here now's, the guy stayed there. Partrial extraction. Fortunately I had already done squad goal with a team of two.
The other two experienced players were giving the guy severe abuse back in the lobby. He left.

Anyone reading this, please remember the squad goal needs a full extraction.

Hello , I have no friends through my lack of posting and I am over 60. But I have been playing night and day .  As a Nam vet I find joy in the weapons. I want to play patriot weekend ? do you have to be invited? or is it like the regular multiplayer game. I have all my coffie and pills to play for the hole weekend  thank you

I play on both PC and PS3, and so far...
I'm swimming in random teams with all the same race on PS3.
It takes forever to find one on PC, and bronze seems to be void of all life.

No just join a game with quick match and set for cerberus. Hopefully that is what you will get. If you want the squad goal, create a match yourself. You will need a non-human character. and the rest of the team need to be the same race that you choose, or if possible switch yourself to match theirs. Then set game to private before leaving the lobby. You need a full extraction for the squad goal. Good hunting.

No such luck here, been trying to find a PUG lobby for more than 90 minutes now without success. (I even disabled peerblock to open up options to countries I normally block out).

Perhaps the operation requirements aren't clear to the non-English speaking players who are currently dominating the PC network...

Good point. Hopefully that will resolve itself when America enters the fray. Fingers crossed.

I have been trying to play for 2 hours and in that time I had two successful missions. Either I would enter a group in progress that were one species but the wrong one, a group that didn't care or a lobby group that didn't care. On one mission where I was in a good group I got video bugged in Vancouver and was actually above and then below the world.

So until you stop adding people to games in progress on a same species weekend I tyhink I have better things to do with my time.

Bronze is a total bust on PS3. I got lucky and ran into a couple of guys doing Gethgineers a little after the op started. Since then, nothing. That's... 4 hours I've played now. Ran into a couple of Geth guys on Dagger, but I was on my Krogan, so I left, just in case.

I know it says full extraction on here, but I really wish they would've said that on the splash screen too. People seem to think that they have permission to get impaled by phantoms (which I know can happen by accident) on wave 11 or just plain bleed out.

Then again, with the poor PSN'ers having no splash screen at all; I'm not really in a position to complain.

I have good luck with Turian squads. Apart from a couple of partial extractions I have done the squad goal criteria 6 times so far this evening. All against cerberus so everything is counting towards the allied goal. Keep it coming.

It took me several tries to finally get a game with everyone being the same race. I wanted to be a Krogan or Turian. I got a Batarian squad instead. So I joined up and thankfully these guys were good where I did struggle. Submission Net saved my life many times against the Phantoms.

Almost succeeded with Asari today, but we ran into lag and only got a partial extraction.

Dear Lord, BioWare. Do you realize that what you said in this thread is NOT what you said in the in-game announcement? The in-game announcement says extract with 2+ members of the same race, which sure sounds like you only need 2 members of the same race, not necessarily everyone on the team playing as the same race. How can you still be making such ambiguous weekend operations?
