Just finished a match with a team of Asari. Lots of fun! Used my PS Eye as a microphone and explained the weekend operation/commendation pack system to someone. Good operation, much better than the last one. Although I did feel a bit guilty when my Salarian Infiltrator dropped into a match that had already been started by a trio of Krogan Battlemasters...

This is not the best weekly operation in ME3 history.
I mean how can I complete the challange when every one who joins a lobby want to use they characters.

I'd play some private game with my friends but very few of them still play ME3 and today I didn't see one of them online.
I remember my friends were still playing ME2 one or even teo years after release but they played ME3 for much less.

I completed every challange so far but I suppose I'll be unanble to complete this one.
It would be better not to make individual objectives depending on other players' "discretion" (like characters race).

Hopefully, the game records the criteria at extraction or I just accidentally ruined a match by joining in at the end of wave 1. I had a QMI, the other three had krogan. Eep.

I think this challange is lots of fun! I've already completed the Individual Goal - my first match yesterday just as soon as the operation started was a match with 4 Krogans .. that was a pure killing spree .. mmmwwwwrah!
I have also aproxximately destroyed 150 Atlas (Atlases? Atlasses? Haha .. dunno ..) until now and I will keep playing and killing them, muhaha. Poor Cerberus Bastards won't know what hit them

If someone needs help with the Squad Goal - my Origin ID is in my signature .. just send me a friend or game invite or something! I'm online for the next 6-7 hours and can play a few matches - I can play any race except Vorcha as I haven't unlocked them yet and Drell (because I SUCK at playing them ..)

This operation seems to be going well for squad goals and allied goal. I have hosted games on bronze and silver and for the most part players have changed characters to suit if they could. I also joined games and lobbies for quick match. Again in the lobby players have tried to accomodate. If the match was joined part way through, the teams were mixed race anyway. But when returning to the lobby squad goal teams were formed. I have not found any random search playing other than Cereberus. I think the community wants this challenge sorted.

Got into a PUG last night, saw everyone else was a geth so switched up to a GI myself.
Managed to complete a FBWCG to extraction.

I haven't come across any other pugs like it since though :/

It is a full extraction for the Squad goal. Any Atlas kills count as it is the COmmunity goal, not the squad goal.

Yes - The squad goal  requires full extraction (as well as 2 or more of all same non-human species), but there is no mention of full extraction for allied goal:

Squad Goal: Full extraction on any difficulty with all squad members as the same non-human race. Requires 2 or more players in squad.
Allied Goal: Kill 600,000 Atlas Mechs on any map at any difficulty.

Additionally, the allied goal does not say it has to be same non-human species, so your team should be able to be a mix of whoever you want, including humans.

Worst squad goal ever. The idea sounds good but I usually play with pugs. I can't use microphone so I had some luck to fulfill the goal.

This is a good idea for an operation, but I think there is some misunderstanding around the parameters, ie. my reading is that the whole squad needs to be of the same "race", and the squad needs to number at least 2. I've encountered a number of people who think it's enough to have 2 members of the same race on a squad. Also, if you start a public match with less than 4, you get messed up when the system delivers another "off race" player. I still haven't completed a match under the required rules, and I have a fair bit of time in since yesterday.

Make games private once the lobby is race-compliant.

All Asari ftw twice, with different groups only 9 Atlases for me so far though. Oh well more mecha killing tonight...

Have they cleared up the confusion anywhere yet? i.e. the discrepancy between the original posted details verses the splash screen's lighter requirements?

It would be nice to know if the requirements are lessened. In all probability the splash screen is just the result of poor communication skills. There will be many squad goal fails as a result if that is the case.

About half the pugs I've played so far (on pc) have just been following the lighter requirements of only 2 or more non-humans (but the rest of the team can be anything). I've tried to explain but some of them simply are following the splash screen.

Had multiple Gold runs and they were flooded with Atlases... In one wave we had like 10 or more. About 100 atlases down for me so far.

Did squad goal twice, just to be sure, first Vorcha then Turian.

Had fun doing the challenge when I finally found a room willing to do it. People came and went after each match, and each match had someone new looking to do the challenge. The alien race was selected by the least common denominator method, usually because the new guy only had species X.

Time to smash up some Atlases now.

"coop" means co-operation.  Either switch to whatever the host plays, or host yourself.

Stumbled across a Batarian squad at about 1440gmt and blasted through a silver match to achieve the squad goal.

There are an awful lot of people who don't know about the operation judging by the mixed race games I was getting dropped into all morning though.

Played five pugs last night. Four qualified for the squad goal (PC) seemed that most players were setting race to same as the leader (not bothered played Turian soldier before but fun). Couple got kicked for not but overall looked like it was going well. The one that didn't qualify the leader decided to go ahead so suited me. Doing more tonight. Geth collective I think when hosting.

Got it done earlier with 2 FQI (including myself; I Sabotage), 1 FQE, and 1 MQE. Lots of Tech Bursts. Only a few "Boshtet!"s.
