If you dont get your pack, dont email support, do a live chat, they hook you up quickly....i've had to do that 3 times so far.  Once I got the squad pack but not the victory, once I got the victory but not the squad, and last time I did not get the squad.....though there was no way to be certain noone used any consumable at the whole match.....why I really want some kind of notification that you met the goal either right after or shortly after meeting the requirement.

another thing is that origin keeps ****ing me again and again.

i am from germany, there is no live-chat. only mail and phone.

they dont answer on mail and phone (they say they have technical issues).

i tried us support but they say i have to contact my local ea support...

Use Origin help, it's get you to the support via live chat. Of course in English.
Origin -> Help -> Origin Help, then live chat

This. For some reason, I never get my Commendation Packs even though I completed the squad goals. Clicking the Commendation Pack Help button usually fixes it.
