Thought I give all avenues a go at trying to solve this problem...

Dragon Age crashes for me right after the splash screen. My systems exceeds the minimum requirements, and I've insured that I have the latest video and audio drivers, as well as the latest version of Direct X. I've also shut down every background application that I know can be shut down safely.

Anyone have any insights as to what I might try next?
