I think there needs to be a thread for sexy girls in DA3; whether you like to look at them, you are one yourself, or idolize them as characters. I guess, for me, it's the last two.

Let's face it: we love women who are comfortable in their own bodies and they're not afraid to flaunt it (Morrigan, Isabella etc.). And we love to be those women in an epic storyline, gaining the attention of knights, rogues, humans, elves, dwarves... whatever.

I don't mod or anything (I'm a console gamer) but if you created a sexy femme Warden or Hawke and want to show her off here, do so. Maybe it will give the designers of DA3 some ideas for clothing and hair for women - whether that applies to simply character creation or the overall design of other NPC's and companions.

Also - any suggestions on hairstyles and clothing that is more sexy?

I really wish I could have the hairstyle that the Lady of the Forest (Witherfang) had. It was not one of the options in either DAO or DA2.

I'd love to see character creation options expanded on, especially hairstyles like lady of the forest. I find it really hard to make different sexy female characters without picking the same options each time, because there are so few good quality hairstyles etc to choose from.

Yeah. I was often tempted to just go bald. It was sexy in that punk rock kind of way, as long as you did her makeup right.

Quite frankly, I'd rather that my own PC not get all that much "attention," from men in any case. For other characters, it could be better, but unwanted flirtation is just a pain.

ROFLMAO like three days since game was announced and already the subsection is LOADED with Hrrrr gief sex with npc girls dhrrrrrr - drooling. Truly, the  community has spoken!

Since EA is all about listening to them masses, this inevitably means I'll get to enjoy  totally credible and awesome bi sexual companions who all  are all " Greetings, Playername. My name is Andreas The Mage. It is a fine ass tho hast. PLEASETAKEMEMYBODYISREADY"

You'll get your goddamned sex scenes.Don't you worry.
If I, in turn, get a good game we shall call it even mayhaps.

Well, I'm not talking about sex scenes or character interaction. (That was a sidenote to illustrate the main point of the thread.)

I'm talking about character creation and NPC design. I'm also curious as to what suggestions players (who mod sexy femme protags) are willing to show off or share.

There is still so much that needs to be perfected for models, like the hair in relation to the body and making it move with the body beyond the morph. The movement of body parts. Like making berasts rise and fall, or the movement of hips, as in DA,O you look like a man running and in DA, II, you look like a hooker on speed. You can get better facial features if you us the tool, and Bio did a good job with the tool for DA,O. But the clothing selections left a lot to be desired. (And why would an apostate dress like a mage in the first place; kind of signaling the Templers “Here I am, come get me.”)

Clothing represents a bigger challenge. Some players want to show all and some want to be conservative, but still look attractive. I can’t speak for men, but I have no problem finding and picking out the problems with female appearances. And of course we all have our own tastes.

For most of my mods, I created what the players asked for, if it was doable. But you are always limited by what others have created that you have to use to satisfy the requests of the players.

Yeah sure.I'm just tired of front pages of up and coming titles that are always littered with same slightly disturbing sex talk over and over and over again. I double dare you..check DA III front page at any given moment and you won't find less than 33% of threads on it somehow connected to humping them digital ladies. Or making them digital ladies look humpworthy.

It's actually pretty interesting disortion of community feedback. Tis actually a phenomena that would deserve a more serious post than one I made. If Bioware actually, truly and literally LISTENED TO THEIR FANS and catered in dedicated fashion to largest and most obvious needs of their fancommunity, they'd stop with all this RPG foolishness and deliver a honest unappologizing fantasy porn game with heavy soap opera elements. I'm 100% serious. Discussion approaching or touching this particular.. aspect of life is most requested, most wanted and most volumous among fans. Game purely based around porn and soap opera would be best equipped to fulfill these demands, wishes and..needs.

This thread is not about fantasy porn or sex scenes. Maybe you should start a new thread.

I agree about the movement of hair and the fact that the girl Warden is awkward at best. Ever play Dragon's Dogma? I think they got character design just right - and they had plenty of conservative vs. sexy clothing options when shopping around in the game.

I have become fascinated by Kingdom of Amalur. I think they got the engine right on this one and they now need to take it to the next level. Relationships are becoming an ever increasing importance to game play as more women become interested and most feedback I get, men are interested in a balance of fighting and relationship. It was not that long ago if you were a woman you had to play as a man just to play, so progress is being made, just that it is slow and almost Barbie in evolution.

I love that game. There aren't any relationships in it, but I was never focused on it to begin with. It's a very toony game, but you're right - they got things just right. I think my main character is adorable and sexy. And she's modest. I think some readers are confusing "Sexy" with "porn" as previously addressed a few comments up.

I think relationships in video games give the player a more in-depth look at their companions too.

I agree. I would also like to see more interaction with NPC not in party. When I am on the street, even with my wife, I see attractive women that I think about, even if only to be close to. It is human and does not mean I would cheat on my wife but I would like to see situations where the play is forced to deal with moral dilemmas.

That's a cool idea.

As far as character design (clothing, hair, physical features) it'd be cool for NPC's or companions to be able to comment specifically on a character design choice made by the player (e.g. "I love/hate your blond hair.) Something like that but obviously more eloquently worded...

Yes and with a little imagination game makers should be able to add salons to the game to satisfy a wide range of issues such as nail colour and hair colour and design and makeup as well. This is probably just a ‘will happen as a matter of course’, issue, because it is already doable. The important thing would be the flag that caused the interaction. NPC> “you are attractive enough, but I have a visino of being with a brunette.” Player then has the option of going to a salon and having her hair done.

OH that's a very good idea. And yeah, you buy a house in Amalur and you can change your looks in front of a mirror. And in Dragon's Dogma, yeah, you just go to a salon to edit yourself or your pawn. So yes, definitely do-able.

It really would add to character interaction.

As far as Sexy Girl though I don’t know if you will ever get a consensus on that. The game maker would need to make their models with several additional parameters i.e. breast size, hips, legs and waist for women and chest, hips and legs for men. Then clothing would have to be made for each category as well. And the biggest factor is that none of us can agree on what is norm to start from. For example my wife prefers small breasts and shapely legs. I think I am far to small and would prefer long slender legs. Of course we want what we do not have but in a fantasy game we should be able to get what we want.

Well, I keep going back to Dragon's Dogma as a comparison, but look at character creation for that game. If you haven't played it, check out youtube videos of how to design a character. It's very intricate. You get to create whatever body type you want.

Also the clothing in Dragon's Dogma offers a variety to male and female players. You can dress modestly and more "badass" as a girl, or you can pick out sexier, more revealing options with just as strong of an armor rating.

It also offers "clothing" as well as "armor" and lets you layer the two.

DA3 would be wise to adopt this.
