He claimed that the topic has run its course, but isn't that up to the poster to decide? I understand that Moderators are supposed to keep the peace and order, but locking down a thread that isn't theirs seems a little excessive. Not to mention unfair.

Okay, yes we all agree that Jessica Chobot should not return to any Dragon Age or Mass Effect game. It was a marketing ploy for her to literally be in Mass Effect 3, and I know that, but did anyone confirm why she was credited thanks for Dragon Age?

He locked down the forum before I got clarification on that.

Well, there was some Chobot bashing as opposed to just criticism in that topic, so thats most likely why.

If I ever see her or her name on a Bioware game again - I'm done!

+ 1 QFT.

Although don't tell Chobot herself this, she'll call you a whiny entitled gamer if you don't love her voice acting, which makes B-movie actors look like Oscar winners.

Please remind me, was Chobot in a Dragon Age game before?

I think Chobat was very good as Allers. I don't see what's wrong with her, her acting was good, was a great romance option, was fun to talk to and her voice is sexy.

I hope she has more of a role in future DLC.

I usually find Raen too heavy handed for my taste, but in this I agree with him.

Making a thread complaining about your other thread being locked is always a good idea.

You know that this is Dragon Age 3 forum, right? Until someone from BioWare says that Chobot is involved with Dragon Age, this discussion doesn't belong here. On a side note, no, I don't want Chobot in DA :D

Should've just sent a PM. This thread is doomed to the lock. Or being buried.

The EULA for the forum is simple, you have the privlidge to post here.

You don't have the right to.

As for Chobot, who really gives a damn? Honestly.

I think you need to re-read the forum rules.  It pretty much spells out the fact that it is up to the mods, not you, get to define what qualifies as a "rightful" opinion. And what do you mean that thread isn't theirs?  Are you the one paying the power bill at their data centers?

I recall there being a thread like that around the time ME3 was released. Are you honestly complaining about a locked thread that was made 4 or 5 months ago?

For some reason people have no clue just how benevolent, tolerant and easy going the mods on this site are. They should lock down triple the number of threads and should hand out a lot more temp bans on posters. Be thankful you have the mods and mod style you have, if I had it my way they'd have to call a locksmith.

Yes, silence everything you don't like. You must be a brilliant man.

We are not doing topics targeting specific individuals, sorry.

If you don't like that aspect of the rules, I invite you to start your own web forum, but it's always been this way and always will be this way.
