 I'm pretty sure this means it needs a buff.
I myself don't own it but i've heard that it sucks really bad.

Not many people have this weapon. I've been playing since the game came out and I have yet to see anyone using it.

I use mine every now & then, it's not bad on Silver, just wouldn't bring it to Gold anytime soon.

I'm pretty sure a lot more than 0.03% of the player base own this weapon. It's just not useful enough to be used.

If so then YES that would be awesome espiacially for a weapon that you have to spend like $1000 too get it too max.

I'd like to see them add the ability to upgrade it at least. I have it sitting there but it's still a level I. I'm sure it's a lot better at level X. But who's going to want to spend the hundreds it would take to get it that high?
