I've been playing since launch pretty much and I don't think I've ever gotten a Wraith shotgun.

I been giving up lately because I have other things to do and games to play, when I do play I never get any of those. I know I'm not a hardcore gamer, I love and play games. I'm not a Hard-Insane type person though.

Just spend a measly $3300, and you'll have all your URs maxed. Everything else too, if you're lucky.

... what?

The RNG Goddess that manages the store is generous to players that make a sacrificial offering.
A COD game gives you an Ultra Rare half the time.

EDT: fixed spelling.

If you're playing Bronze - Silver matches almost exclusively, alternate betwixt Veteran packs and Spectre packs. They'll be easier for you to access, the Vet packs and Spectre packs, with the amount of income per hour you'll be seeing playing at Bronze and Silver. When you're on a good streak, spend that on a PSP to really increase the drop% chance for uncommons, rares, and ultra-rares.

Bronze and Silver, as your bread and butter, also won't stress your capabilities or equipment such as over-reaching into Gold or Platinum will do to you, where you want maxed out weapon mods to begin with. So as you become more comfortable with your gear, such as I have after playing really only a month, transition from Bronze (leveling a level 1 character) to Silver - Gold matches.

I played the game.A lot.And believe it or not, I had a lot of fun while doing it

Platinum helped a lot to max my manifest because once you find a reliable team of friends to play it becomes not only fun but the easiest way to get an insane ammount of credits.Making 7-10 million credits a week will make unlocks much easier

As usual, I'd say that on this game the only way to progress is to be a good teamplayer.so play gold/plat if U find a good team and enjoy the experience, your manifest will be maxed in no time

About all you can do is buy cheaper packs to fill easier items...that way you waste less money total. If you are going to pay for a premium spectre pack, why have it giving you common/uncommon? Not a solution, just a way to ease some of the pain.

Bit of poor advice in here..

Here's what I've been doing and I would say its the most fun and nearly most effective way to attain gear. Firstly remember you should be playing the game for fun! Rare+ items are for the long haul.. Don't expect to be using those weapons effectively anytime soon.

1. Bronze games until recruit weapons are maxed via recruit packs - this doesn't take long. If you are playing a high level character jump into silver. Note: while playing, start to take note of spawn locations and ammo refil locations.

2. Silver matches until uncommon weapons are maxed. Jump into the odd FBWGG game (make sure you put gear in if you play gold!) when your class is 18+ Keep trying different weapons and mod combinations. The reason why you want to max common and uncommon weapons is because a lot of them are pretty good at rank 10! Better than a heavy and slow reloading rank 3 rare. You are also progressing through the gear the way it was designed to and feel like you're being rewarded more.

Get better in silver and at knowing the maps so that you can pretty much carry the group if it's only you left. Learn to be conservative with your consumables (nukes, medigels etc). Try to build these up slowly in your silver games for the gold games!

3. Once you have all uncommon weapons maxed start getting spectre packs or keep getting vet packs to get your uncommon mods and gear maxed to make you stronger, you're still banking a lot more consumables via vet packs too and you still get some rares. You want to really be building that consumable bank close to 255 though and switching to spectre packs though.

N7 rank: cos you're not getting bored out of your brains trying to farm FBWGG all the time the above way is ideal to promote classes and get better without powers maxed. If you like pretty much all classes like I do, au each to 20 then mass promote. Better yet when you get to ~255 medigels start banking your credits. Jump into gold when your classes are around 16 and mass promote them all sometime after 20. You should have close to 2mil credits to spend on spectre packs! And all your consumables close to bring maxed again.

Hmmm.....I played and promoted and saved my cash until I had a minimum of 3-4 million credits then I purchased specter and premium specter packs...with the exception of the promotional weapons, all of my characters, weapons, gear and equipment are completely maxed out!!! I don't think there is one solid strategy that works cause the packs work like pokemon packs (random) but for me it was play, promote, save my cash and then buy when I had 3+million in the bank.

Hope that helps!

Okay people this isn't my main account. I had issues on my other account that I deleted. On my main Manifest I have most things unlocked. I play mainly on Xbox 360. This email on this account isn't associated with my main account. I tried but it does work. This account and email is to my main PSN account, I tried using my main Email for the account on PSN but was associated with my other. Sorry if I'm confusing.

Start buying Recruit Packs until you've maxed out your commonn stuff.
Then continue to buy Veteran Packs and switch to Silver until you've maxed out the uncommon (silver) stuff.
Then continue to buy SPs or PSPs (I prefer the latter). Since they are more expensive, you should have learned how to finish a Gold game to receive the necessary credits for those packs.

You might want to start with farming (Playing Firebase White Geth on Gold) as some people here have suggested. And while this will give you 70k in credits every time, it will get boring pretty soon.
So you better try to friend good players during your games and then have fun with them running around the maps and play the game how it was meant to be.

Once you are capable of surviving on Platinum, maxing out the Ultra-Rares shouldn't be an issue anymore. But all in all you will need to be prepared to invest a lot of hours into the game.

Hours filled with a lot of fun and many bugs and glitches, though. ;)

Have your friends all play as Kroguards (with Reegers) and camp inside the conex box at the furthest end of the map in Firebase Rio at Platinum difficulty. Just keep an eye out for the Phantoms...

This pretty much covers it....your manifest is bad(no offence)you dont even have the common stuff maxed yet so start at the start and max them first.
Many people sress about farming but its the quickest way to boost your inventory..sadly I play PC so I cant help you but I have no doubt there are players on your system who would be happy to help you farm FBW or Glacier.

Good luck!

Comming from a person who actually has a full manifest (how are you guys giving input on getting it if you don't have it?) (cept Tronar, he's good peoples:D) Here was my method.

1st. If you don't promote, this will be easy for you, keep all your classes unlocked and 20, and make sure you get yourself a good strategy with each (Character). Ex. My Demolisher class, (bomberwoman) runs a falcon/scorpion X combo with disruptor ammo, and I have 40% DoT on arc and DoT on homing grenades, so everything I do sets off a tech burst and does massive AoE damage. My HSentinel is 6/6 with warp/throw and I play debuff and DoT with BE and incendiary ammo. My soldiers run Harrier X with disruptor/incendiary ammo to set off constant tech burst/fire explosions with concussion shots and grenades.

2nd.  Don't hop right into platinum, you want at least 3~4 good R~UR weapons you have "mastered" using in gold before you hop into platinum. You want to have at least 1~2 weapons also that stagger that you can always have. I personaly always carry a scorpion with my main weapon or my main will stagger (Falcon, GPS, Krysae). ******Please don't listen to anyone saying you can do this easy yada yada with this weapon and people use common weapons  with level 1s BS. The people that did those things were "co-op" players trying to epeen a point. You on the other hand want to get credits and not waste your time.*****

3rd get a solid squad, (friendlist w/e) Playing with randoms is always.... Random... Never know if your going to win or lose, and me personaly, 18~infinity minutes of my time is long enough as is, you want to be able to reliably win credits EVERY SINGLE MATCH.

4th, and alot of people are going to disagree with me, I recommend AGAINST buying PSPs once you have all your Rares/Rare Gears unlocked. I wasted so many credits... at least 30M getting ammo, no BS.

5th, and alot of people might disagree with this also, USE EVERY CONSUMABLE YOU HAVE. DO NOT GO "I'm not going to equip this or use this medigel cause this person didnt." I used to be really hoardy with my rockets/gels/ammo yada yada. Now I buy nothing but consumables and even if I were to use it blindly everytime I entered random matches I wouldnt be able to use all of them because my credits outpace the ability to use them all. Now I purposly use every single rocket/gel/thermal clip/op pack I can with level 1~4 consumables in EVERY slot (within reason, dont go equiping melee mod on a demolisher you plan on long range battling.)

tl;dr
1. Get good at the using every character and class, be able to adapt to any team and fill any spot.
2. Learn to use EVERY weapon, and then choose which ones are most effective, and still awesom, there are only a few.
3. Get social and get alot of GOOD friends. Sorry but you aren't going to max your manifest with "casual" play.
4. Buy spectre packs not the premiums, after you max rares. Don't blow 30K credits on 1 slot of ammo.
5. Don't save anything, use everything you can to get your next set of credits, once you get to platinum your money will outpace your usage.

I'm wondering how do you get your manifest full, with unlocking the weapons and characters you want. I been with Mass Effect, Mass Effect MP from the start I still haven't unlocked anything I want but did somethings.

Saying that "you've been with Mass Effect MP from the start", i am wondering how much you have actually played, let alone spend in the store. You manifest suggests that you haven't bought a lot of packs, which of cause doesn't rule out a long carreer, but only having 3 promotional weapons as well as you registering your game no more than a month ago suggests that you have not spend a lot of time in MP.

... which leads me to what it takes to get a full manifest: Time, and lots of it. So to answer your question, getting a full manifest requires, above all else, patience. I suggest you work your way up through the difficulties as you unlock weapons by first buying veteran packs and later spectre and premium spectre packs.

Dont worry, you will eventually unlock everyhting, but it is a lengthy process and it requires an enormous amount of games played to get there. Do not assume that the game only really starts when you have a full manifest - my personal experience was that it actually lost a great deal of excitement when all i had left was the Ultra Rares, so in your pursuit of a complete armory, don't forget to have fun in the process.

I maxed out commons with veteran packs, and have gone with PSPs in the main and making reasonable progress. Think of it as encouragement to move up to Gold, 75000 credits approx per completed match as opposed to 35000 approx for a Silver.

Step 1
Buy Recruit packs till your common weapons are at X
Step 2
Buy Veteran packs till your uncommons are at X
Step 3
Buy PSP till you max your rare weapons.
Step 4
Keep buys PSP and pray to the RNG gods for some Ultra Rare weapons.
Step 5
Repeat step 4

It's a utter waste of credits to buy Spectre packs before you've maxxed your common and uncommon weapons. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I'm normally Shy and quiet when I play I don't speak that much online. I did get made in front of in the past. I'm usually quiet when I play. I mainly play on Xbox, not really PSN, I do have Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. I haven't been playing multilayer lately. I will play again though I love Mass Effect. I usually play Bronze-Silver I tried gold and platinum and I'm not very good. Oh also I'm more of a Assault Rifle and Submachine Gun type person. I do use Shotguns, Pistols and Snipers but mainly those classes.

This is pretty much exactly correct.  Maybe #4 could be debated but otherwise it's how I did it as well.
