The first 5 nerfs were fair enough and would leave the weapon balanced. But the RoF nerf has turned the Krysae into a useless paperweight.
The only character who can utilize this weapon with marginal success on Gold difficulty is the Destroyer with Devastator Mode spec'd for RoF bonus. Even then the gun is still weak because the Destroyer is not a Sniper class and lacks Sniper Rifle Damage bonus.
It is ridiculous that Infiltrators can no longer utilise this weapon above Silver Difficulty to any real effect. It's a Rare weapon and should therefore be able to tackle Gold enemies at a decent pace. Now the AI just walks on by when you try to shoot them with a Krysae because it now:-
A) shoots slower
C) projectiles travel slower
It really 'extracts the urine' when a Ravager on Gold/Platinum can fire similar projectiles with 100% precision from across the map and hit with all 3 shells almost instantly, killing you in one volley.
