Is there that much of a demand for Cullen?

I will take a very wild stab in the dark here and take "Greg Ellis" for 100 please. Why is this?
(I'm very much aware there's more to it than that - I follow the Cullen Thread, but let's face it, there's a lot of Ellis love over there.. Don't kill me.)
And by the way - He's actually more level headed with the entire Mage Imprisonment than anyone else in this franchise. Neither fanatical nor indifferent, he approaches it with a cold and logical dettachment. Well, he does in Dragon Age 2, anyway... Not so much in Origins.

It's like he was shown the result of the extremism that he had been promoting since the Ferelden Circle event.
That's a character primed for personal conflict and growth in unexpected ways. He's also, now, in a likely position of power given how the Templar hierarchy has dwindled in Kirkwall.
Though, I have not read any of the material outside of the Dragon Age games. His views on life might be different than what it seemed to be to me at the end of the second Dragon Age.

Cullen begins DA2 with the same blind devotion to the Order and the same lack of tolerance toward mages that he had in DA:O, but by Act 3, he has matured considerably. He is still a templar and he still supports the Order, but it's pretty clear that he is capable of thinking for himself and is starting to question whether he is doing what is right or simply doing what he is told.
In other words, he is a complex character. The game needs NPCs on every side of the conflict. They may as well be interesting.

Greg Ellis is a cool guy undoubtedly, but it's mostly about Cullen.

Considering how extreme he can be on Mages, girls still love him and want him. Why is this?
He can be anything we want him to be as he hasnt been an extensively written character. That may change, and if it does I hope he's written by David Gaider.

Want some toast to go with all that jelly?
I don't know why guys feel threatened by pixels. They're going to have to include male NPCs. Some of them will be attractive. They are also going to include female NPCs. Some of them will also be attractive. Why is this even a subject for debate?
