A Banshee and two Brutes walk into a hacking circle. You decide it's best to:

a. dance with them.
b. melee them. 
c. headbutt them. 
d. rocket them.
e. eat them (you are desperate). 
f.  wait and see what happens, maybe watch what the others are doing.
g. -- **** everything about this, you're outta that circle. 

*hint: Rockets aren't for stockpiling. Contrary to mobs, they can't be eaten. True story.

But i would wait until someone gets grabbed or close to it because if I rocket them now another bunch would come. This depends on the time remaining though.

Urk, sounds like you were in a game very similar to one I was in yesterday.

Ended with all 3 others downed (two of whom didn't even make it to the hack, the other one did but decided option a) with the Banshees and Brutes was a much better use of time). I did the old run-to-the-other-end-of-the-map-then-back-to-the-hack thing then had to sit in the hack for two and a half minutes watching that bar creep up and knowing I wouldn't make it.

5 missiles to get the 'mission scrubbed' message with the tinitest sliver left on the hack. Sigh.

Depends on what difficulty. If its bronze or silver, I'll whittle it down with my weapons and powers. Gold and Platinum, I will happily contribute a missile. Usually resulting in someone else shooting a missile and one of us wasting it.

So F -> A on Lower Dif., F -> D on Higher Dif.
