 I played a male warrior in Origins, and a female rogue in DA2.

I'm thinking a female mage in DA3. That or another female rogue. Dunno.

How about y'all?

My canon Warden is an elven two-weapon rogue and my canon Hawke is a two-handed warrior. My imaginary party of Dragon Age protagonists could use a mage, so I'll likely play that, providing that Bioware doesn't wuss up mages in DA3.

I'll do my usual male-mage as my main (if I'm staring at someone for hours on end, might as well be a guys)

But I'll probably play about with the other classes somewhere down the line (probably a rogue)

I will eventually play as both genders and all classes, but my first playthrough will be with a male (human) warrior, like with the previous games.

I pretty much exclusively played a rogue in Origins. I wasn't that interested in mages before I knew the mage/templar thing was so central to the story in DA2, and I ended up finishing 1 playthrough as a mage and one as a rogue, but there were specs I liked in all 3 classes in that game.

I dunno, I'd like to hear more about the game before I decide.

My main in DA:O was a warrior, my main in DA2 a rogue, so I guess in DA3 I'll main a mage. It really depends on whether we have playable races or origin stories though. If mages only get one origin story, I'm probably more likely to make a warrior or rogue and play through a race specific origin story.

I'd play a female mage first (healer/supporter), same as DAO and DA2.
Depending on companions and fun factor, next would be either a DW rogue or a 2H warrior. Always female of course.

In DAO I made two playthroughs with a mage (first time elf, second time human) and two with an elven rogue. In DA2 again two playthroughs with a mage and 1 with a 2H Warrior (it was fun this time!); I didn't play with a rogue because we already had Isabella and Varric and I wanted them in the party (at least one of them).

A Male Rogue. I'm all mage-d out from Dragon Age II. I'm hoping to see some assassination abilities that feel more dynamic than simply upping the damage.
