I was thinking Female human Mage but now i am thinking Female Elf Mage , with an eye on Sera as a LI .

I played as a Female Awoken Hunter in the Destiny Beta on Xbox One, so the equivalent would basically be a Female Elven Rogue in DA.

 

I had fun, so that might spark ideas.

I have three planned right now, and I'll definitely do these ones. I don't think I'll plan ahead for more than three playthroughs because I doubt I would do that many anyway (at least not for a while). My Warden was a Male Dwarf Noble (Warrior) who romanced Zevran and my Hawke was a Male Rogue (Dual-wield) who romanced Anders.

 

Male Elf Mage (Riftmage) who is diplomatic and romances Iron Bull. 

 

Male Qunari Rogue (Dual-wield) who is mainly aggressive and romances Dorian. 

 

Female Qunari Mage (Necromancer) who is full on sarcastic and romances Sera.

Hi there! I am new to the site (well, officially) and I have been lurking around the forum to appease my wait for Inquisition.

 

Anyway, I have at least two playthroughs planned out:

 

A Female Qunari Warrior who romances Iron Bull

 

A Female Elven Mage who romances Cullen

Well then it's either a male human warrior or a male elven warrior but it could change.

My first plan is a Human Male with Harry's VO. I'm planning on going Mage (most likely Rift Mage), but I really want a party consisting of Dorian, Iron Bull, and Vivienne. I might go Rogue instead just to have a bit of party balance. I love playing a Mage, though, so I expect that will be my first class.

 

He'll very much be a "try to save as many as possible" type, more than anything else.

 

My second playthrough will be determinant. It's either going to be a Human Female Warrior (Templar) with Alix's VO, or an Elf Male Mage/Rogue (if Tempest is archery-based and I go Rogue, then that, or for a Mage I'll go Necromancer) with Jon's VO. If I stick with Mage on my first character, he'll be the Rogue. The Human Female will most likely romance Josephine, and the Elf Male will romance Iron Bull.

 

The Human Female will be very political, which is why she'll be so close with Josephine. She'll likely spend the most time with Cassandra, Sera, and Vivienne. And the Elf Male will be interested in strengthening the position of the Elves. His party will probably be Cole, Iron Bull, and Solas.

 

If Varric ends up being one of the final two who are romanceable, I'm going to have a Dwarf Female Rogue (Artificer) with Sumalee's VO. She'll travel with Blackwall, Dorian, and Varric. If Varric isn't romanceable, she'll probably be another Human Female, still voiced by Sumalee. The Mage in this group might change with who I want interacting with Varric more.

 

Those are the only four playthroughs I've put thought in to. However, they are subject to change if, after my first playthrough, another character or class seems more interesting. Also, the party combinations may change as I get a feel for who would be interesting together.

Female Elf Mage Necromancer

 

Beautiful but dark and just a bit power hungry/blood thirsty, she is the uncompromising Inquisitor, it's going to be pure unrelenting force with her, no kind words, no comforting BS. She's getting it done one crushed skull at a time. Any power she can seize for the Elves is all the better.

Female Dwarf Rogue Artificer

 

I know Dagna is supposed to kind of appear in DA:I, but this character is very much a re-imagined version of her as the PC, excitable, positive, and inquisitive. She's quick of wit and quick on her feet, dual weapon and zig zagging in and out of combat is her fighting style. Hopefully there are a lot of evade/get away moves. Outside of tear closing, doesn't really see the value of power grabbing and political maneuvering, doesn't really care what state the world is in once the dust settles and the tears are closed.

Super goody goody, Talks little but carries a big sword. A friend to all, high ideals, and very caring. She wants to seal the tears, and make the world a better place for everyone if possible.

I'll do a female rogue (elf or human) and a male qunari mage initially, then rotate through the other classes and races once I get a feel for the game.

I'll play a male dwarven warrior. 

Since I have this embarrassing crush on Thorin Oakenshield he'll look as close to him as possible. Sadly he cannot dual wield, thus instead he shall carry sword and shield.

Character wise I'll have him go the aggressive route, very stubborn, very undiplomatic, very pragmatic. Romance I am not quite sure about, I think about making him fall for Josephine. They will like each other so very much, I can see it already.

2H warrior looked really cool so might go with that first.  I usually save warriors for last but want to change it up.

 

So...Female elf warrior Reaver to be exact.

So, male 2H warrior, likely human.

I don't know if I'll be able to complete more than one/two playthrough, still I have several characters planned.

 

1) Import with the Keep my two favorite champion and Warden. Maximilien Amell: all points in coercion, owner of the most fabulous pair of ginger mustache ever, arcane warrior, battle mage and Spirit healer; he made his pal Alistair perform the dark ritual for science, you monster before trying to ride into the sunset Antiva with Zevran. Michail Hawke, yet another mage, made Carver a Warden, supported the mages, blew up a Chantry and ran away with Anders after having saved all the mages he could.

Inquisitor planned: Brian Trevelyan, male, mage (maybe Knight Enchanter later) a very political individual, not a friend of any organized religion, resents having been sent to the Circle, despite his love for freedom he has a secret morbid fascination for Tevinter thus he'll be extremely intrigued by Dorian.

 

2) Import my forever alone because I don't like Leliana, lawful stupid good, female rogue Loretta Cousland who ended up doing the ultimate sacrifice (after Morrigan refused to do the dark ritual with her, hell she was better than Alistair!) followed by Orlesian warrior warden Cecilie. Hawke as above. Inquisitor planned: Rachida Adaar, female, mage (maybe rift mage) extremely capable and efficient, too honest to be any good with politics despite finding them extremely interesting, fascinated with different customs and cultures. Romance: Josephine, because she is a worldly elegant lady.
