More variety from the beginning of the game is preferable. I don't except the variety of D&D games, but at least 5 or 6 classes will be great.

Depends on the quality of the voice actors. But, since my current canon is a female human mage warden, and a female mage Hawke, I will continue the tradition of female mages for that continuation of the DA universe, however if there is an option to play a non-human, I will play an elf mage for that continuation.
As for my other two canons and my non-canons, it's up in the air at this point. But I seem to be following the tradition of keeping the class of the protagonist the same even if gender, race, and other details are different. (All mages, all rogues, or all warriors.)

If the game looks good, I'll play a sword+board warrior - not not tank, warrior. I like to attack as much as anyone.

Mage. Most of my girls from different games are mages. That's my most favorite class of all! In Origins I played as a Warrior only because of Alistair.

I don't know...I preferred mages in DA:O and rogues in DA2. I played a couple of warriors in each and was sort of meh about it, so probably not a warrior right off the bat. I always play female though.

I was always afraid to play magical things...then I played Femhawke as a pmsing mage.....that was badass!

Umm... mage perhaps? Perhaps a rogue. In the end, and if the game is good enough/replayable (and I'd probably not buy it unless it is) - then all possible classes.

Also, I'd dig an arcane warrior, but it's the only class I was bothered by in Origins because of the lack of a "distinctive look". Warriors wield heavy swords and plate mail, not Wynne for christ sake. (but if Wynne would have had some delicate "pure energy" or "out of magic" blades on both hands for example, I'd have totally been all over playing it.

Personaly I hope they include Imperial Inquisitors, othervise I start with a two-handed warrior as I always do.

Assuming I don't lose a family member based on class this time, then probably all of them equally in time.

Also king of hoping they make rogues more survivable like they used to be so I can play them more; melee glass cannon is just a pain (poor Isabela died so much..).
