First? I might go with a female qunari/kossith mage for the novelty of seeing the new race in action and mages are my preferred class.

My second will probably be a human female 2h warrior.

Now that I know all of the options, I think I'd still go with a female human rogue to start, but I'll definitely playthrough with each race at least once. I never can play a BioWare game just once.

They can promote playing with each race if they throw in an achievement/trophy for starting a playthrough with each race.

Hahaha, I played through all the origins and all the races.

But still. Doesn't matter if someone finishes a playthrough or not.

As long as Bioware promotes giving each race a shot.

Hence my suggestion of starting a playthrough with each race, instead of finishing a playthrough with each race.

 Uh, ever since they mentioned Qunari, I have been torn on how to proceed with my previous saves:

Warden King/Blood Mage Hawke/Dwarven Assassin FemInquisitor

Warden Queen/Templar Hawke/Qunari Apostate Mage FemInquisitor

Elven Mage Warden/Reaver FemHawke/Dwarven Warrior Inquisitor

Noble Dwarf Warden/AssassinArcher Hawke/Elven Circle Mage Inquisitor

Dalish Warden/Duelist FemHawke/ Elven Rogue FemInquisitor

Amell Warden/Pro-Chantry Mage FemHawke/Qunari Warrior

I'm guessing either no human charatcers at all or just pre-create one on Dragon Keep

1. Female Qunari Mage- I must play Qunari first and I want to play a mage first too lol
assuming I can make another Qunari playthrough go different
2. Male Qunari Warrior- I hope I can make him as badass as the Arishock was in DA2, I respect the Qunari in a manner of speaking because Arishock seemed honorable and held to his word.
3. Elf Rogue- gender undecided, I just hope there is a class trophy like DAO to help motivate me to play the game with all 3 classes

I tend to do a variation FE my main ones so far are

Torania Experienced Human Female Noble Rouge Married Alister > Daisy Witty female rouge hawke ended up with anders
Ariieta Wise Noble female dwarf warrior, With Alister in Wardens > Lorania Diplomatic female warrior hawke ended up with fenris
Kallia Violent Female City Elf Rouge Mistress to Alister > Allabel Agressive female Rouge (archer) hawke Currently in play romancing Saebastian
Biianca (I swear I named her before playing dragon age II) In play cocky Elf Mage Romancing Alister

So that gives me at least 4 diferant versions of the world to play through with dragon age I

I also have another mage I started in Torania's world and a dwarf commoner I can use and then play through dragon age again with. Soooooo basically all versions in female most likly the only question is who gets which

I'm leaning to trying a female Kossith mage/warrior first out the gate, though an Elf rogue has a high chance of being my first.

Starting with the usual human female rogue that is equally as effective with two blades and she is with her wit.

Second time around will probably be a female qunari either a warrior or mage can't quite decide which would be more subversive and fun.
