Load Failed : cannot connect to server

has anyone else experienced this at the startup on the galaxy screen cuz that's all i've been getting for the last 2 weeks .... also another hickup is the bioware point purchases dont show up visually i have to log and then restart the game to see them

All I'm getting now is that the server is unavailable.

yes, sometimes i get this "Load Failed : cannot connect to server", but MP and SP are both working fine. when you get this error, just hit the "resume" button, let it load, then exit to main menu and error message should disappear.
and about that purchase problem... maybe this has nothing to do with it, but you should check if your ME3/origin ports are opened/forwarded correctly in your router. and also dont forget to allow ME/origin in your firewall. again, maybe this has nothing to do with it, but i can tell you from my experience, i have never had any problems with purchasing in the store. maybe im just lucky
