I love the idea of being an apostate or a hedge mage. Always on the run while not trusting others. Please can we have this option.

Well yeah but on DA2 the Mage class was a hedge mage, I want the option to pick one or the other.

I would like to see various origins for mages (as well as for the other classes) also...it would be intriguing IMO to play a mage who did not support the Chantry conflict, and remained a "Circle" mage as much as possible. Not a Loyalist, per se, but not a rebel. I wonder if a Circle-like institution will return per the events of Inquisition?
