DA3 was just announced so maybe it will be coming out in or around christmas. When does everyone else think it will come out?

Much as I want it NOW, I know that 2013 will give the devs the time to avoid rushing out a diamond in the rough ala DAII. So yes, no pre-2013 release PLEASE!
What ARE they going to release otherwise though? Just ME3 DLC?
