The nickname for the protagonist.

In DA:O, we had "The Warden". Easy to prounounce, easy to spell, quick to type. Or, if we're feeling particualrly verbose, "The Hero of Ferelden".

DA:A either had the same, or "The Warden Commander". A bit longer, perhaps, but at least it's easy.

DA2 had "The Champion (of Kirkwall)" or, simply, "Hawke". Doesn't get easier than that.

The Mass Effect series does the same thing: "Shepard".

But DA3 ... so far, all we know is that the character is an inquisitor. "The Inquisitor"? Do you know how many times I had to re-type that just for that one sentence alone? It sounds awesome, but man it's awkward to type and spell. To avoid confusion, I suggest that the Inquisitor instead go the DA2 route, and have a set, easy to use, surname.

I vote the surname be "Inquisitisitor".

I prefer the last name calling, it's more direct, but maybe something short like captain if you're going to lead the inquisitor.

I'd prefer not to be stuck in a role like a Hawke or a Shepard. It sucks being locked into a certain race in an RPG.

As for the title? Inquisitor or whatever churchie rank sounds best.

Actually, in all seriousness, you're probably right. I've seen some ideas that I laughed at pretty hard until I realized they were serious. (Then I laughed some more, just for good measure).

Whatever the name, get the Monty Pyton guy to do the voice acting so that if the game isn't so great, there can at least be an ongoing gag/reference to the classic skit.
