This does not invalidate the design at all. The female turian in the comic looked almost exactly like a male turian.BasilKarlo wrote...
Can't find the exact thread, but here's a tweet made after the ME comic that invalidates the design.

No, the females in the comic have much smaller abdomen ridges, very different mandibles, narrower hips, smaller head fringes and breasts. They're more different than male and female humans.

Request: Male Kossith for M/M LI only.
Everyone in Thedas is bisexual. Especially the Kossith.

Personally I'd rather female kossith body shape be closer to the old D&D styled orcs (very mildly NSFW) rather then the sexy tall chicks thing they have in the comics.

Sounds like you just want an ugly monster for the sake of it. It makes absolutely no sense, seeing as male Kossith essentially have the anatomy of a big ass human. For a female Kossith to look anything other than a more feminine version of the male Kossith would be pretty absurd.

Evidently the qunari do see fit to modify their appearance for no functional purpose in spite of the alleged 'lack of a need' to do so, unless I was just imagining all of the body paint and the golden rings on the Arishok's horns and ears. So by this standard I will now expect female qunari to walk around topless and have golden nipple rings in a totally non-sexual way.
Have you been reading my dream journal?

Oh dammit! Kossith is similar to the word "p*ssy" in our language and it doesn't mean the "Cat" one ...
LOl...In my launguge is sounds similar to the to the word "to mown (a lawn)". The Quani are gardeners?
And interestin tidbit - there are instances in the animal kingdom where the physical differences between male and female are rather substantial. Rare, but it happens.

Since Qunari don't believe females can warriors, she'll either need to be Tal-Vashoth or Ben-Hassrath if she's going to be a companion.
Or she could be completely outside the qun.

This would certainly be prefferable to the ridiculously impractical outfit worn on the first page. Naturally however I'd want the effects of gravity to be shown on the female's breasts.Filament wrote...

Even better would be that they lose the ridiculous lack of armour from DA2 and stick to the lore. Intially I assumed they lost their armour due to the ship crash but now I think Bioware thinks they're actually meant to look like that all the time

It'd still be somewhat to mostly ingrained into their mindset. Furthermore it'd make far more an interesting design then the standard videogame logic of:
Women = ******.
That logic has guided the Industry through numerous generations. If the logics not broken, don't attempt to fix it.

I'm not a fan of the comic book female Qunari clothing but my face isn't hitting my desk as 'wimminz do not fight' in the Qun, therefore I'm guessing it's not meant to be armour. It's actually the face I dislike. I'd like to see something closer to the male Kossith: higher eyes, low brow, drawn nose.
Pouting is not of the Qun.

Now I'm absolutely sure your eyes are not working properly. Kossith males are just built like big humans. Why would Kossith females be built like that?
