This is my idea for a DLC pack for Multiplayer. The Enforcement Pack adds 6 new characters along with new powers, 3 new weapons to your arsenal, and 3 new locations to fight in.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Weapons
Prothean Hyperion Rifle
Created by Soja57
Type: Sniper Rifle
Fire Mode: Semi-Automatic (with minimum/maximum charge up mechanic)
Weight: Incisor (1.5 - 0.9)
Capacity: 5 (15 - 25)
Fire Rate: ~180 RPM (has 0.33 seconds of min/max charge up)
Damage: 200 - 250
Accuracy: Javelin
Rarity: Rare
Lore Description: A Prothean weapon predating the Prothean's war with the Reapers, the Prothean Hyperion Rifle uses specialized ammunition in order to fire concentrated projectiles of pure energy. These projectiles are pin-point accurate and powerful, but requires disciplinary control of the trigger. Prothean dig sites suggests that the Hyperion Rifle was one of the primary weapons for Prothean Marksmen during their Metacon War, a conflict between the organics of the Prothean cycle and the hostile AI/organic hybrid race, the Zha'til.
Gameplay Summary: The Hyperion combines the semi-automatic firing mode of the Valiant with the Javelin's charging mechanic. The Hyperion has a 0.33 second minimum charge up time, and automatically fires once fully charged, similar to the Geth Javelin's firing mechanism. Once fired you must release the trigger in order to allow charging of the next shot, similar to how you must re-pull the trigger to fire another Valiant shot. You can immediately charge up another shot to follow up.

Chakram Launcher
Rarity = Rare
Until this point, all perfect, just add ADAS AR and bloodpack SMG with more new guns and some interesting characters.
Love the idea of those maps

LOL. But bringing in female turians, drell, batarian, geth(?), salarians would be a big stretch. I would do it if Bioware were to introduce them in the Singleplayer in some way. I don't like to do big jumps like that, like how people suggests Prothean characters or Collector faction. I'm wouldn't mind them being in MP, but I'd prefer if they were introduced in SP in some way.
Now if ME3 MP were its own IP, that is a different story....

And it'd be nice to have a female ex-cerberus agent since both phoenixes are guys.
People would LOVE a female turian, I'm sure!
A female Geth? I guess it could be something more of a prototype EDI mech meant for mass production, and front lines, field logistics for the humans? Harder to indoctrinate, too, I'd imagine.

I'm absolutely baffled to why Bioware hasn't hired you yet. This thread alone made my week. The Turian Cabal, Batarian Imperialist and Geth Shock Trooper sound REALLY fun to play as.

Thanks for your input. Though I'm still in high school, and going to a university after, so can't really work at Bioware.
Hmm, maybe not yet, anyway... lol jk.

I think the best would be a female turian and female Ex-Cerberus. Those are the most likely ones I would choose.
For now, we will have to stick with sausage fest, lol. Oh, and I remember that the Rebellion Pack also has all males.

they could also do a Female Krogan easily by using Eve's model and re-skin it to put alittle armor on it, but the Ex-Cerberus could also be female

On Geth Shock Trooper's Geth Shield, would activating three to four at the same time in the same place effectively reduce damage by... Everything? It would practically make Glacier farming even easier.
For the Drell's Seraph's Phase Shift, do you teleport in the direction you're facing, or moving?
Would Cyrogenic Grenades and Inferno Grenades thrown in the same location automatically trigger an explosion?
Turian Cabal's Catalyst kind of needs a little tweaking. The scaling per second seems a bit too high, especially for 8 seconds consecutively. Pair this guy up with a CQC Fury and they could probably easily duo Platinum.
Just those that immediately come to mind.

Yeah, and I'm really hoping Bioware doesn't repeat that since I really hated seeing an all male DLC. It didn't do me any favors. Just made me sad, and rattle my faith in Bioware.Soja57 wrote...

Yeah, but he's already got 6 characters in the pack, so I'm trying to respect that by not wedging in another character in the female Krogan. Not that I wouldn't apreciate a female krogan being added to MP.AresKeith wrote...

As it is, I'm maybe offering a suggestion, or two to add some spice to things in it not being an all male DLC. Also there's the fact that I dislike playing male characters, so I'd appreciate at least one female.

He said it functions just like the Slayer's teleport, so I would imagine it would be moving.

Just thought of another cool combination... Geth Infiltrator with Proxy Mine with the Drell Seraph.
Geth cloaks, proxy, shoots, while Drell 'nades, cloaks, Phase Shifts. Would do for a lot of damage.
Its discussions like these that I like.
Holy ****, never though about the Geth Shield stacking at the same time. I assume that it would work similar to how the Asari Justicar's Biotic Sphere works. Does Biotic Sphere's damage reduction stack if you have 4 of them?
Drell Seraph teleports in the direction you are moving. You can't do it while standing still.
No, the grenades would not detonate each other. In fact, fire will burn the enemies as they are frozen/debuffed.
I will analyze the Turian Cabal. Maybe tomorrow.

By the way, where'd the model for the Geth Soldier come from? Because it looks amazing.
I modified the Geth Pyro in 3ds Max 9. Removed the bulky flame tank and changed it into his shoulder cannon. Added shoulder plate to his right arm and to his knees. And simply changed his color to blue. Amazing, huh?

I saw what you did there when you had Female Geth there lol, if anything the ex-Cerberus would work as a female
what are the other Weapons your planning?

I can still do female Ex-Cerberus and possibly Turian. It will be more difficult. But I'm planning to make a huge update that will include character appearances. I'll see what I can do.

Just not sure how AT-12 will be better than piranha given it only has 2 shots and its heavier and everything else is the same.
