Another awesome concept. And also, is the icon for the Drell Seraph's phase shift an icon for one of the Armor Abilities in Halo 4? It looks very familiar.
It's from Halo: Reach.

I did a little research and testing, the Asari Justicar's Biotic Sphere has a damage reduction cap of 80%. Also lead me to a few more questions.
When a Fury runs up to a bunch of mobs and primes them with Annihilation Field, and say, the Batarian Imperialist Charges and Impulses, would it trigger one biotic explosion, or one for each primed mob? Combine this with a mob under the effects of the Turian Cabal's Catalyst and you have a deadly trio.
I would say that it would trigger a detonation for each mob, as the Batarian Imperialist can't detonate biotics on his own, and this power drains your entire barrier. Teamwork is required to unlock the biotic artillery potential of this character, and is rewarded quite well if done so.
Does Vortex detonate tech bursts in its path to the target, or only primes them when it hits? Overload can be useful in conjuction with it.
It will prime enemies that aren't primed, and well detonate enemies that are already primed. Though it can't self-detonate, as that would be boring and reduce the synergy required in the squad.
Speaking of Vortex, does it along with Biotic Rift have the projectile speed of Singularity, or slower?
It is significantly slower, but this is to offset its ability to attack enemies along its trajectory path. Enemies attacked this way can not be detonated by Biotic Rift nor can it prime tech bursts for Vortex.
Would Catalyst extend the duration of Stasis, and keep enemies trapped for more damage before they break out?
It would extend the duration of Stasis. If biotic power damage affects the damage that can be dealt to enemies in Stasis, then I would assume that this would work similar.
For Protector Drone, I would imagine that it'd function like the targeting of Combat Drone, except whenever you place it, it'll follow the nearest ally. Targeting squadmates seems like a system that Bioware doesn't want to do, yet. Except for reviving of course.
If this power is based on area cast, rather than directly casting on an ally or self, how would it differentiate between knowing to follow you or you designated ally when they are right next to you? It is much easier to simply point to an ally or just point in a random direction.
I'm a bit confused with Salvo, does it target anything? Or does it always launch in the same radius? Does the Engineer have to stay with the Salvo when it's preparing to launch (like with an animation) , or can he go anywhere freely?
Salvo does not target anything. It always launches in the same radius, similar to how Ballistic Blades or Shockwave works. Salvo launches similar to the N7 Demolisher's Homing Grenade, in that once the projectiles are launched, you can move around while the bomblets travel to their designated area and prepare to detonate.

isn't Salvo from Mass Effect: Infiltrator?
I didn't know of this until you mentioned this. Isn't Salvo in Infiltrator a biotic power though? I haven't played the game, but judging from the description of the power, the two powers work differently. Do you think I should change the name?

they say its Biotic but it doesn't sound like a Biotic power, "Salvo - fires multiple target-seeking projectiles at range effectively turning the user into a mobile missile launcher." You might have to change the name but its up to you

They're dead.

Don't Protector Drones also have health like Combat Drones? And be targeted?

I don't know if this feature should be implemented, as I added a duration to the Protector Drone, similar to how the original Defense Drone has a duration.

What do you all think should be the helmet for the Saboteur?

Now that it's the weekends, maybe I can re-try creating female character appearances. Last week, I tried to make a female Ex-Cerberus Saboteur. It was going well, until I noticed that she looked to similar to the N7 Demolisher.

Would the Phoenix helmets work?

I think a helmet not already featured in MP would be cooler. Like maybe the Phantom's, Combat Engineers, or Nemesis.

Perhaps with a strange set of lenses on the left "goggle/visor" portion on the helm as if some side of the helmet has some strange scanning-mechanism integrated into it.

I'd be in favor of something that looked similar to the Trooper helmets, a touch more sleek and streamlined but with familiar Cerberus features.

So a mix between Cerberus Centurion and the Nemesis? Maybe I could do that.

I also like the idea of non-asymmetrical armor on the shoulders. When designing a tech character, it's those odd errant bits and pieces that stick out that sell the look. Glad to be of help, if I so have been! Whatever you come up with will look as fantastic as your previous work I'm sure
What do you think of the Geth Shock Trooper appearance?
