Also for a possible darkspawn companion idea: What about some kind of immature brood mother? She would be like the Mother only much less bloated and have something more reminiscent to legs. She could tie in well with early Architect experiment idea.

I mean besides being bloated and gross the Mother had a lot of resident evil type attributes like a jaw that separated vertically and blackened wormy arms and hands.

I honestly don't mind what shape or form he comes in (haven't seen any feminine looking ones, assuming only brood mothers)

I know this has been mentioned before, and if I am wrong pleases correct, but:
Don't darkspawn eventually make everyone around them who is not a Grey Warden sick? I'm pretty sure this would kill or transform ('ghoulify') the entire party.
Do list!
EDIT: As long as they don't involve a bubble suit .
How about this; we use magic. And if that doesn't work, we use BLOOD magic.
I am all for an awakened darkspawn companion.

Barrier magic could work, but it would take extreme amounts of lyrium or blood.
Pray tell what enchanted amulet can keep the taint at bay?
Genetic Mutation? Da fuq?
The architect is not interested in reversing the taint, do you know anything about the guy?

Flemeth? Just think of Corypheis! If he can hitch a ride in a nearby grey Warden, maybe the Architect could end up in Velana's sister or something.Crowlover wrote...

I don't think Bioware really let you kill the Architect.
Sure, you slashed him and looted his body... but DID you? Did you REALLY? A darkspawn so intelligent and educated in magic that he warped the rules of the taint and found and awake an Archdemon? He puts most Bond villains to shame... I don't think he really let the Warden kill him, I think he may have LET the Warden think that. He's too interesting of a villain to kill, so even if you did, I'm betting Bioware will say you didn't - just think Flemeth.
You know that is a very good point.
I mean if Flemeth could manage to cook up a ressurection amulet, I'm sure he could pull off something similar (thought it proabably would be A LOT more disgusting). Also while his mannerisms often seemed harmless, we know he is as cold and calculating as they come; so its hard to believe that he would make himself vulnerable to the Warden unless he had an ace up his sleeve.
